- Characters are stabbed, slashed, scalped and bitten by demonic forces.
- There is a scene with an elevator loaded with blood explodes. Extremely bloody, gory and terrifying.
- Lots of gross, disturbing vomiting up blood and other body liquids and fluids.
- Character struck in head repeatedly with various kitchen appliances.
- After all of the fights, the floors are seen covered in blood, and rugs are stained and covered in blood, walls, objects
- For mature audiences only. The throughout creepy, anxiety provoking atmosphere is enough to even make adults uncomfortable. The violence is graphic and gruesome, but not worse than any other modern horror movie, like for example Terrifier 2.

- The mom starts calling her sister a "Groupie Cunt".
- Five f-words, seven s-words, one use of the c-word. Other profanity includes four uses of "a**," two of "b**ch" and one of "bastard."

- A boyfriend brags about giving his girlfriend the drug Klonopin to calm her down. (It fails to sedate the demon she's been possessed by.)

- There is strong, supernatural threat and horror throughout often involving children.
- The Deadites and their murders are extremely disturbing
- A possessed woman speaks in a deep voice and tells three children, "Mommy's with the maggots now."
- The whole movie is very frightening, intense and gory. Many people are killed, including children, which may be very disturbing. All deaths are not obscured and fully shown.

- A possessed woman violently attacks a man by biting his eye out of his socket and then spits it into another man's mouth
- A woman gets brutally attacked by a possessed woman. She proceeds to slide a cheese grater up her leg.
- A possessed woman stabs another woman in the hand. Very bloody.
- A possessed young woman catches on fire in the kitchen while she tries to murder all her family. Very graphic and hard to watch.
- A possessed woman is stabbed in the face by her sister with a pair of scissors.
- Possessed woman is seen ripping out someone's throat through a peephole
- Lots of people being violently attacked and murdered.
- Some children deaths. May be disturbing for some viewers.
- A woman is decapitated using a chainsaw.
- A woman repeatedly vomits after becoming possessed.
- In the beggining of the movie a girl got scalped by a possessed girl. After that, the possessed one cuts her face with a drone and falls into the lake. Her boyfriend jumps to save her and gets beheaded.
- At the ending-sequence-climax the villains head is seen lying on the ground covered in blood. Her sister then kicks her into a chipper.
- In the opening scene a woman scalps her cousin. Very graphic and disturbing.
- A young girl stabs her possessed sister in the mouth with a makeshift spear. The stick is seen going through her mouth and out the back of her head before the possessed sister pulls it out of herself very slowly. Blood pours from her mouth as she does this.
- A man shoots a possessed woman in the stomach with a shotgun
- A woman shoots few shotgun shells on the possessed mother. Body parts are seen disassembling
- A possessed character is revealed to be eating a wine glass. They are then seen swallowing the glass shards, some of which are shown piercing through the esophagus in close up.
- A possessed woman knocks her head on an apartment door repeatedly while her children inside the apartment move furniture in front of the door to block it.
Profanity
- One character is repeatedly insulted by the character for being pregnant with a child that doesn't have a father. She is called a slut, whore, skank and groupie.
- At one point in the film, the possessed mother calls her pregnant sister's baby an "unborn, bastard baby."
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In the last minutes of the movie a woman is almost dragged into a chipper
- Possessed woman chases sister and children with a piece of a broken mirror and even stabs her sister's hand before being kicked out of the apartment
- Possessed woman tricks her youngest daughter to open the door. The fact that she's deceiving her daughter in her natural voice without any demonic sound makes it way more creepy and disturbing
- Possessed child chases her family and tries to kill them before being set on fire
- Towards the end of the film, two possessed children merge with their possessed mother to become a grisly spider-like creature. Lots of gruesome close-ups as the children push their way into her flesh and force themselves into her open wounds before pursuing the remaining survivors. Extremely creepy and very disturbing.
- Out of Ellies 3 children alive at the beginning of the film only 1 survives with the older 2 being turned into Deadites by their mother.
