This animated storybook came with the first computer my family had. I absolutely loved reading it several times during those years.
While I had already seen The Lion King, I still had fuzzy memories about it, so playing this allowed me to revive this wonderful story again (Remember, this was a time before Youtube and Dvds existed, and our VHS players was broke, so the only way of rewatching a movie for me was waiting for any television channel to air it, and back then it took several years until I finally had to rewatch that movie on a cable channel)
Good thing the game was also available in my languaje, with all the same cast from the movie reprising their roles.
I guess to modern gamers and kids this interactive storybook might seem as a very simple thing, but I personally believe back then we had it better: We actually owned our videogames and movies, instead of having to create an account to play something or having the chance of watching a movie which can be removed any day. Just think what HBO Max did to its animated content, totally dystopian.
