After their celebratory party, filled with booze, drugs and sex, the team discovers that a bomb they deactivated was a fake. The now intoxicated team has to fight through their impairments, overcome their personal issues, find the real bomb, and save the world.
Zano will star as Chad McKnight, who heads up the special forces team. The team loves him despite his reputation for being a wild guy on and off the job. The night from hell in Vegas will test...

The Nielsen weekly streaming chart is a great way to assess how shows on that medium are holding up.
Typically, streaming services keep streaming numbers away from the prying eyes of subscribers.
The latest Nielsen streaming chart was toplined by Ozark, which recently dropped the first half of its fourth -- and final -- season.
The Jason Bateman and Laura Linney crime drama netted 2.4 billion minutes of streaming from January 31 to February 6.
Understandably, the numbers dipped from the week before's mammoth 4.1 bullion minutes of streaming it had the week before.
Still, this new tally kept it atop the chart, and with the final episodes set to bow in the coming months, the show will likely not be gone from the top spot for long.
Meanwhile, Prime Video's Alan Ritchson-led Reacher had 1.8 billion minutes streamed.

Ozark lost a sizable chunk of its viewership but still captured the Nielsen weekly streaming crown despite a deep field of rivals headed by Prime Video’s Reacher.
Propelled by the recent arrival of the first batch of episodes from Season 4, Ozark collected almost 2.4 billion minutes of streaming from January 31 to February 6. Reacher, the new incarnation of the Lee Child action thriller franchise, hit more than 1.8 billion minutes. That was the best tally by any of the eight Prime Video series to have reached at least 1 billion minutes in a week.
Speaking of that billion-minute threshold, Nielsen said it was the first time that six titles reached it in a single week since the company started compiling streaming rankings in 2020.
Two-thirds of the Reacher’s audience were aged 50 and older, including 41% between 50 and 64 and the show’s audience was 58% male, Nielsen said.

If we had a dollar for every minute this show has been streamed, we could probably buy the Ozarks. Nielsen Analytics released the number of minutes that Ozark was streamed the week of March 30 following the premiere of season four, part one. And it was—drum roll, please—a jaw-dropping 4.1 billion minutes. This number places the drama series—starring Jason Bateman, Laura Linney and Julia Garner—at the fourth-highest streaming total ever. The same week in January, in second place was Disney+'s The Book of Boba Fett with 744 million minutes and Netflix's The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window in third with 650...

Ozark, whose fourth season just debuted its first batch of episodes on Netflix, recorded the fourth-highest weekly tally ever to repeat atop Nielsen’s weekly streaming rankings.
During the week of January 24 to 30, the crime thriller series collected almost 4.1 billion minutes of streaming across its 37 episodes. That tally trails only Tiger King, which erupted with debut weeks of 5.3 billion and 4.4 billion minutes in March 2020. Ozark, during that same early-Covid timeframe when overall streaming was exploding due to pandemic lockdowns, racked up 5.2 billion minutes.
Nielsen said about 60% of Ozark viewers were between the ages of 35 and 64, with the remaining 40% evenly split between 18-34 and 65 and older. The premiere of the second part of Ozark’s fourth season has been set for April 29.

Anna Delvey is continuing to rack up numbers.
Inventing Anna, the Shonda Rhimes-created limited series about the grifter otherwise known as Anna Sorokin, has scored the most hours viewed for an English-language series since Netflix changed the way that it reports its ratings data last summer.
The Shondaland-produced series, which stars Julia Garner as the fake heiress, was watched for 196M hours between February 14 and 20. This is on top of the 77M hours that it secured last week, having been released on February 11.
It makes it comfortably the streamer’s most watched English-language series in a one week period. For context, the third season of You racked up 179M hours, The Witcher drew 168M hours, Sex Education was taught for 160M and Cobra Kai wrestled 120M hours.
Given that Netflix shows generally drop on a Friday, it means that a clear picture is usually given the second week of release.

First, that title is insanely long. Obviously, the title sets the snarky and fun tone of the premise, but honestly, that’s kind of the best part of The Woman In The House Across The Street From The Girl In The Window’s pilot episode. To be clear, this is not a bad start for the 30-minute series but given the incredible depth of shows currently on the market, I wasn’t enticed to watch the next episode following my venture into this world. The first few minutes of The Woman In The House (I’m not typing the whole title) was actually intriguing

If you're familiar with "Gone Girl," "The Woman in the Window," or any dramatic Lifetime movie surrounding bored housewives, murder and hefty amounts of booze, then you'll get the vibe of "The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window." Netflix's dark comedy series is a parody of all the mystery subgenre's familiar tropes about women essentially not being believed, trying to solve a murder on their own, and being gaslit by pretty much everyone in their inner circle.

Juicy, soapy Korean series have been a staple on Netflix for years, but following the “Squid Game” phenomena, audiences around the world can’t get enough of not only the typical K-drama fare but also Korean thrillers and reality series.
Korean zombie thriller “All of Us Are Dead,” which features a familiar “Squid Game” face (Lee Yoo-Mi) made its debut on the streamer’s non-English language TV Top 10 list for the week of Jan. 24 through 30, coming in at No. 1 with 124.79 million hours viewed. If you feel like you just got hit by a Mack truck driven by a 9-year-old, then you probably just got done bingeing Netflix’s The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window, a sendup of psychological thrillers — and like us, you probably have a few questions.
Among them: Was forensic psychiatrist Douglas (played by Michael Ealy) really stupid enough to take Elizabeth to work while profiling serial killer “Massacre Mike,” who had murdered and (gulp!) eaten at least 30 people? And how would Anna ever bring herself to forgive him?

The best mysteries are the kind that leave us wanting more, and the season one finale of Netflix's "The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window" left us hooked with a delightfully unexpected celebrity cameo. After chasing down countless leads and discovering that her handyman, Buell, a convicted murderer, has been living in her attic for years, Anna has good reason to believe that everything is not always as it seems.
In the season finale, she rushes across the street to Neil's house, convinced that he or Buell must be the killer behind Lisa's disappearance, only to find that Neil's daughter, Emma, was the culprit all along, adding more fuel to Anna's blazing skepticism fire. So when she finally recovers from confronting Emma (read: stabbing her with a broken shard of her casserole dish), rekindles her romance with her ex-husband, Douglas, and has another child with him,...

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Season 1 of The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window.] It’s safe to say that The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window isn’t a conventional psychological thriller. The series starring Kristen Bell is so absurd, you may not be able to accept it as fact, but rest assured, this extreme satire is set in reality, however, altered it may seem. “It’s reality, yeah,” says co-creator Rachel Ramras. “We don’t know if what [Anna]’s seeing is correct or not, but it is reality,” fellow co-creator, Larry Dorf adds. Regardless of perception, it’s clear that Anna’s (Bell) story is being told through a comedic lens. (Credit: Colleen E. Once you get past the ridiculously long title, there's an underlying sincerity to Netflix's new dark-comedy thriller, "The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window." Inspired by A.J. Finn's 2018 novel, "The Woman in the Window," the dark-comedy series stars Kristen Bell as Anna Fox, a heartbroken mother and wife whose unhealthy coping mechanisms - namely, guzzling bottles of red wine and handfuls of prescription pills - ultimately put her at the center of a bizarre murder mystery.
Minutes into the first episode, we see Anna rush out of the house in her robe and slippers to drive her daughter, Elizabeth, to elementary school. Seconds later, the camera cuts to Anna, rumpled and dazed, staring at the school in disbelief as fellow parents look on at her with sympathy and sadness. Are all the judgmental stares a product of her rushed fashion decisions...

When life gives you new neighbors, you might just find yourself caught up in solving a gruesome murder mystery and accidentally making yourself a suspect. At least that is if you're Anna Fox from Netflix's "The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window." The dark comedy thriller is a well-crafted parody of the traditional murder-mystery genre, laced with subtle innuendos and plot twists so bizarre we could hardly keep up with what we were seeing. But at the center of the twisted series is a crime so elusive that it consumes Anna's entire life: the murder of her neighbor Lisa, aka Chastity.
Who Is Chastity in "The Woman in the Window"?
Anna first meets Lisa when she goes across the street to deliver a casserole to her neighbor Neil, a charming single dad. Before she's able to get to the front door,...

Almost as soon as The Woman in the House‘s central mystery is resolved, a second mystery reveals itself involving The Woman in Seat 2A.
The limited series’ finale begins with Anna convinced that Buell is the killer. But upon entering Neil’s home, she finds the simple-minded handyman bleeding out on the floor (don’t worry, he lives) and a slain Neil past the point of resuscitation (R.I.P.). That leaves just one possible culprit: Neil’s 9-year-old daughter Emma (played by Samsara Yett), who confesses to Anna that she killed her pregnant mother, her unassuming teacher and her father’s girlfriend Lisa.

A fan of Kristen Bell's Netflix murder mystery comedy miniseries is issuing a warning to fellow viewers: Literal parental guidance not suggested. On Saturday, Jan. 29, a Twitter user named Eric recounted the painfully awkward moment that he experienced while watching a particularly raunchy part of The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window with his mom and girlfriend. The end of episode five sees Kristen's character, Anna, have graphic sex with Rex, played by Benjamin Levy Aguilar, in multiple spots throughout her entire home. After finishing the episode, Eric...

Netflix’s The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window is as much a parody as it is an homage to psychological thrillers like The Girl on the Train (starring Emily Blunt) and the streamer’s very own The Woman in the Window (starring Amy Adams). It’s a tricky balancing act, tonally speaking, that falls largely on the shoulders of leading lady Kristen Bell.
“I definitely leaned more into the authenticity [than the satire],” Bell explains to TVLine. “I was confused about how to accomplish this tone, because the first couple of episodes are much more sincere,...

Photo: ‘The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window’ The eight part Netflix series, ‘The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window,’ is a satirical take on ‘The Woman in the Window’ starring Amy Adams, Gary Oldman, and Julianne Moore. The thriller satire will be starring Kristen Bell sporting a trendy bob and rarely unaccompanied by an overflowing glass of wine. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Rachel Ramras defends the series’ intention. ”I don't think we are making fun of any of these books, or the movie version of these books," says Ramras. "We are having fun with the genre, as opposed to making fun of the genre.” Bell and Ramras clarify that the mouth-full title series is a thriller but with tonal variations that are innovative and different from anything audiences have seen in the past.

Viewers might know Kristen Bell for her crime-solving titular role in Veronica Mars, but the actress is finding herself at the center of a mystery in Netflix‘s new psychological thriller The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window (The Woman in the House for short). The action centers around her reclusive character Anna who spends most of her days drinking wine and looking out the window. Things change when her dreamy new neighbor Neil (Tom Riley) moves in across the street with his daughter Emma (Samsara Yett). (Credit: Colleen E. Hayes/Netflix) But when Anna believes she witnesses a murder, questions arise, and the truth about what she really saw turns into a complicated mystery that entangles Anna and the people surrounding her. “One of the exciting parts is you never really know who’s reliable. These are twisty and curvy, swervy storylines,...

Netflix has amassed a small fortune through its proliferous amount of twisting and turning mystery series. As of this writing, the deliriously plotted “Stay Close,” based on a book by the prodigious mystery writer Harlan Coben, is firmly in the top half of the top ten, and a piece of B-show escapism called “Clickbait” was one of their biggest hits of 2021.

A comedy mystery should, ideally, be both comic and mysterious.
Unfortunately, the new Netflix series “The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window” drops one of its most successful jokes in its title — and doesn’t have much to recommend it as a whodunit, either. A parody of book-club thrillers like “The Girl on the Train” and “The Woman in the Window,” this series stars Kristen Bell as a grieving mother who has descended into substance abuse and who becomes obsessed with a crime she believes she’s seen. The tricky thing about this plot is that it’s effectively indistinguishable from what might be featured in one of the books or movies the show’s lampooning, and so needs to be jazzed up either with great gags or sharp execution to keep us watching.
Neither is true. This series’ title and certain early...
