- Despite what others are saying, there is no nudity in this movie aside from bare-chested males & females.
- A girl has a large, dark birthmark covering half her face and body (including genitals). She doesn't want anyone to see it for fear of being ridiculed. A guy has footage of her stripping naked and sets it up to play over a college campus' TV sets. She goes home after being humiliated and starts to scrub her skin with bleach and Brillo pad. She's seen stumbling down a hallway, naked and bleeding. (Full frontal nudity.)
- A girl is revealed to have been molested by her father as a little girl.
- A girl is modelling for an art class. (She's completely naked)
- A guy is seen in the shower. (His bare back and buttocks are seen)

- A girl is locked in a room with a huge piece of rotting beef. She's told to eat it or die. It's revealed that the girl was molested by her father as a child. He used to work in a meat-packing plant and she can't stand the smell or taste of meat. She eventually eats it after a week of starving.
- A guy is knocked out and tied to a chair. He's shown video footage of a girl being tortured.

- A girl is locked in a room with a rotten piece of meat and forced to eat it. She's later left with a young man's dead body and asked how long it will take her to get through it.
