A good plot Completely ruined by poor direction and absolutely horrendous acting

Completely ruined by poor direction and absolutely horrendous acting. So technically it's a good story depicting the struggles of international students. Manni students are coming to Canada and I have to undergo extreme struggles. Majority of the people sitting in India think that it's easy to get adjusted and western countries but it is very difficult. The movie starts decently but as it advances it keeps going downhill. The director completely lost a grip on the movie. Lead actor has zero facial expressions and even in desperate situations he has mask like face gear into three scenes they keep showing the same thing that they're homeless and certainly he has his own construction company. No proper transition.

I'm sorry I'm being too critical but I definitely believe that a very good plot got ruined by poor direction and poor acting.

You've got rating and profit from movie just because of your fans that's it.

Best movie of 2021 I am not fan of sidhu moosewala but to be honest movie is very relatable for those who wana go out of india for studies or job movie helps those indian students to how to survive there movie is very enjoyable entertaining 😀 so my opinion is go and watch movie 👍

Poor acting,weak story and screenplay,characters repeating same dialogues, actors playing students didn't look like students did they even know what is film making?people are just giving high ratings because of celebrities they like are in it. Don't waste your time by watching this movie.

Wouldn't call it a masterpiece but it was good overall and i throughly enjoyed it plus songs were great. Absolutely loved the songs. Sidhu needs to work on his acting. He's a pro at singing but not so much at acting.

I have just watched this film and I don't think so that there could be any better storyline than this. Amazing storyline and people are saying thats not reality I understand thats not reality for everyone but its a inspirational movie to get goals in your life and acheive something.

It's a well structured story based on true incidence and reality happening with international students. This movie shows the struggle of international students related to accommodation, work and facing racism within there own community. The cast of the movie were very well portrait their characters. Pat on the back for the writer who wrote on such relevant topic and showed the reality to everyone. Coming to acting, Sidhu moose wala and Mandy done great job as always but I liked the character of Hira enacted by Gill Raunta. He done great comedy and acting as well. Thank you for come up with great reality topic. Yes I am student.

This film based on the international students who have to face lot of problems during their studies. So I can say that this movie describe the reality of our community who live in abroad they don't behave good thier community pupils If I talk about Gill Raunta then he not only write great story of this film, but also he has played awesome role in this movie you can't believe when you watch movie that he is playing first time role in this movie All and all I appreciate to Gill Raunta because of his work for this movie.

Had high hopes for this movie and was not disappointed. The whole team did a great job on this project. Gill Raunta's writing was great and translated well onto the screen. Definitely recommend everyone to watch it.

I love this film because it sends a inspirational message to our Punjabi youth across the globe what living in Canada as a student is like. It is not a high budget film by any means.
