Fun and adorable if you Love Snoopy and Woodstock too! The artwork is same as the old school movies and the story lines are funny. Kids will love it and anyone whose a Peanuts fan will go into nostalgia overload. Nice to see a cartoon adults can enjoy with their little kids and grand-babies. ;D

Best Peanuts tv show ever!
BoxwoodExpress7 February 2021
WildBrain has handled Peanuts the best out of all their acquired properties. They really know what works and what doesn't. The child actors (which are the same as "Snoopy in Space") are impeccable and bring life into their characters. The show includes all of the classic Peanuts tropes - the Red Baron, the little red haired girl, the kite eating tree, and more.

And the show's vignette, slice of life format allows for more stories than just Snoopy all the time. We can see more characters like Sally, Linus, Schroeder, etc, who didn't do much in Snoopy in Space.

The animation is really nice and does its best to emulate the classic specials, same goes for the jazz piano music. I recommend it.

Everything Peanuts' fans will enjoy with brand new adventures from the gang
rannynm9 February 2021
Time to break out the classic Peanuts dance moves because today we are celebrating the new hit series, The Snoopy Show! The Snoopy Show has everything a classic Peanut's fan will enjoy. The show looks incredibly like the original comic series, as if the animators took an old comic strip and put it on your home television! In addition, the writers made an outstanding effort to make every character stay true to their original passions and personalities. Instead of making the characters go on the same repetitive adventures (like a lot of cartoons do), The Snoopy Show brings brand new adventures sure to make you want more and more.

The Snoopy Show follows everyone's favorite beagle, Snoopy (Terry McGurrin), with each episode including different stories surrounding him. Episode stories range from Snoopy writing his own autobiography to exploring the origin story between Snoopy and Woodstock. Just when you think there can't possibly be another amazing adventure, The Snoopy Show consistently delivers new and original stories that all ages can enjoy.

The primary component of this creative revival that made me smile is the animation and art. The art director, Joseph Holt, surpassed any expectations of the show living up to its classic art style by making it authentic and original. The Snoopy Show is also extremely well voice cast because of how each character's voice sounds like its predecessor. Out of all the Peanuts film content over the years, like The Peanuts Movie, The Snoopy Show really impresses me because of how writers can continue to find new angles to explore the characters and always put them in new entertaining scenarios.

The Snoopy Show is the perfect new show for kids. It has a lot of comedic content in an appropriate way, fun adventures, and lessons/morals for viewers to learn every episode. The show explores themes such as family, friendship, and gratefulness. One of the key morals taught in the show is to always be grateful for the people around you, and to never take people for granted; it also communicates the message that sometimes you just need someone you love to make you smile.

The Snoopy Show soars higher than Charlie Brown's kite with a miraculous, nostalgic art style and new adventures all ages can enjoy. Similar to how Peppermint Patty scores five out of five goals in hockey, I am giving The Snoopy Show 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend it for ages 4 to 18 plus adults, because who doesn't love Peanuts? Nostalgia, with amazing HD graphics!
etc-impair6 February 2021
I have never watched Charlie Brown or anything relating to !The Peanuts Gang in my life.

I just remember and know that I've always known since childhood it existed and could pinpoint Charlie Brown as much as I could pinpoint Wally from "Where's Waldo?" in a crowd of fictional comics, movies and TV characters. Now I can finally experiment the joy so many other children have before me.

Thanks 🍎📺➕ !

Its ok
babymanperson20 January 2023
They significantly toned down the deadpan humor from the comic strip. The writers are either being heavily censored or they're trying to aim for younger target demographic. It's not nearly as funny as the comic strip but it has it's moments. The characters are still in character. Charlie Brown is still the looser who is down on himself but never gives up. Linus is still sometimes very childish but other times philosophical, Lucy is still, crabby, incredibly bossy, a smarty pants, and occasionally shows her softer side, Sally is still the little sister that hates homework and has a crush on Linus, etc. The backgrounds are gorgeous. The animation is the best Peanuts has ever looked. It's rigged in Toon Boom Harmony and the movement looks very fluid.

Cute but VERY TOXIC FOR DOGS!
supermath-3247223 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I saw the first episode where Snoopy eats a pizza with onions and then grapes in the next one. Clearly whoever made this doesn't know that both of these foods are poisonous for dogs. It's such a shame because this is otherwise a very cute show but as a dog owner I'm shocked that the creators don't know about dog safety. Be warned if your kids watch this and think grapes are a fun snack for dogs.

Does Schulz's Legacy Proud
daggerinthelibrary14 February 2021
I grew up watching the old "Peanuts" specials, and they occupy a special place in my heart, so I was honestly a little apprehensive going in that this would be a "modern" reinterpretation. However, I was really happy to see that this series chose to remain true to the spirit of the classic Schulz-era productions-the animation style, the beautiful hand-drawn backgrounds, and a great cast of child actors, just like the Melendez specials had. The score is also PERFECT, it's a dead-ringer for the vintage Vince Guaraldi jazz from the old Peanuts movies.

All in all, it manages to do something a little bit new by focusing on Snoopy as the central character, which provides a lot of laughs, and is really fun for the kids. At the same time, it manages to be warmly familiar for all us original die-hard fans.

True to the World of Peanuts
stardustgirl-111 April 2021
When I saw the first scene of the first episode I watched, my reaction was "They get it!!" The look and feel of the art and animation perfectly captures the classic specials of the past. It's not an exact copy, but it thankfully avoids any attempt at an ill-fitting modernization.

The stories are faithful too. Rather than just re-tell previous tales, they expand on them and give us new ones that fit the established themes of Snoopy's whimsical life, Lucy's crabbiness, Linus and his blanket, etc.

While it is called The Snoopy Show, the others show up in full force, including some not seen as much in previous shows, such as Marcy, Franklin, and Rerun.

I'm SO glad to see Peanuts being part of the modern world. It's a classic that should be kept alive, not doomed to a dusty label of "nostalgia" and left to fade. Snoopy has too much life for that!

Charles legacy 'll live forever! (Old School in High Resolution) This is the best animated show in new history! Relaxation & Happiness, in today's tough times! Yeah, pure gem!
LaFemmeBlondeAndSweetBaboo12 February 2022
First, thanks everyone who made this possible!

Second, don't! Don't even to think to stop!

If this was on Disney Plus it would be like.. on every list in top 3, first few weeks, first!

They would make little city in Disneyland, and make from napkins, to the electric toothbrush, to the.. I don't know, everything! Haha!

And make millions!

Yeah, good grief, what a world.. Just money money.. It's not, but.

You give us relaxation and happiness, we give you money, both sides happy, haha!

So, yeah, Apple folks, push this show as much as you can, this is your gem and key for success!

(P. S, I loved and snoopy in galaxy!)

How good is, I would pay for every episode individually!

This is type.. Worth waiting whole week for new 22+ min episode in anticipation and excitement!

Has all! Fun, laugh, education, adventure, above all, relaxation!

Relaxation & happiness, in that way, that only Charlie Brown and his friends can brought in today's tough times!

We are all, in one or the other way, Charlie Brown.

So yeah, relaxation and happiness!

Which in today's times is.. gem!

Plus, to not forgot.. People who cast their voices, made me feel like.. how they still all have same voices as few deceades ago !? Is this some computer tehnic or.. Whatever it is, it's.. Yeah even that.. like before!

As I said, old school in high resolution!

And that doesn't mean.. Colors are same, not, you know, too much, to make you feel, ah, it's not as old school.. It is, just higher resolution!

I could just praise and praise this show!

But I'll stop and say, Charles Schulz would be proud!

But imagine him, in that times.. First to create all, and then to bring all of that on our little tv's And all with his hand.. As he said, Snoopy was my favorite, it was easiest to animate, and I could make with him many things, kids where tough..

And for the end, I'll add this, "Snoopy's appearance and personality have changed probably more than those of any of the other characters. As my drawing style loosened, Snoopy was able to do more things, and when I finally developed the formula of using his imagination to dream of being many heroic figures, the strip took on a completely new dimension."

They absolutely nailed it!

Snoopy has been a favorite of mine forever and this show has endeared him to me even more. The look is modern yet faithful to the original characters, something I appreciate beyond words. And the music is old school, too. A true work of love. I cannot wait to watch it once more.

Perfect
HaraldSch11 March 2022
Snoopy, Charlie Brown and the Peanuts are back in town. And they are as funny and lovable as ever. Full of references to the classic stories, the series is what longtime fans have waited for. Obviously written by authors that respect the heritage.

Is it what children today like watching - I'm not sure. It's not as chaotic, fast, hectic as many todays children programs. But - isn't that what makes the Peanuts so special?

It's also not educational - just heartwarming. Another plus.

Perfection
zivazero16 April 2022
I had a stack of Peanuts books when I was a kid, even a few from the '40's. This show is the closest thing to perfect I have ever seen. So close, in fact, I was in shock over how many things came directly from the books...amazing, job well done, want to see more!!

Best Peanuts Show Ever!
Jace_the_Peanuts_Fan15 October 2023
Peanuts/Charlie Brown has been my favorite media franchise for all my life, and I got to admit this show is AWESOME!!! It's very true to the previous Peanuts incarnations, and thankfully no major changes have been made. This is one of the only shows being made today that I'm a big fan of, and the only streaming service original I'm big into. A lot of old cartoons that have been favorites of both children and adults for generations have been ruined during more recent years, but luckily Peanuts has never been ruined! I'd better keep my fingers crossed and hope for the franchise to stay good forever. The characters are all still their same old likable selves, and their designs are the same, but in a slightly different animation style. The animation here is an improvement of the previous incarnations!

Various episodes have revealed origin stories that haven't been explained before, like how Snoopy and Woodstock first met, the timeline of Snoopy's life, and if I remember correctly, there's an episode that reveals how Linus got his hands on his blanket. The show focuses more on Snoopy and his fantasy sequences than most incarnations. He goes on more exciting adventures than ever before, like going under the sea with Woodstock and meeting some fish, participating in a rock concert, and more! There's an episode where he listens to fast paced and bouncy music while roller-skating, which I find fun to watch for some reason.

One might think that the show is all about Snoopy when they read the title, but thankfully, it's not. All the other characters get their fair share of screen time and episodes too, like Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Woodstock, Peppermint Patty, and nearly the whole cast. There's an episode where Charlie Brown's class has "show and smile," which is when they bring in something from home that makes them smile and talks about it in front of the whole class, similar to show and tell. At first, Charlie Brown has trouble finding something to bring and thinking of something that makes him smile, but when he sees Snoopy dancing out the window of his classroom, he finally thinks of something that makes him smile and to talk to his class about: seeing Snoopy dance. That was a heartwarming moment! It shows how much Charlie Brown loves his dog stronger than usual, and finally he appeared to be happier than ever before! That episode is my favorite! Snoopy's siblings get plenty of screentime in this series. They very seldom appear in other incarnations. Rerun is one of the main characters here, and he's one of my favorite Peanuts characters. He's the main protagonist of I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown and a couple episodes of The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show. I think those are his only major roles outside of The Snoopy Show, though I could be wrong. He has had other appearances too, but he has mostly minor roles. Rerun finally gets the love and respect he deserves here and is finally a main character!

I repeat, The Snoopy Show is the best Peanuts/Charlie Brown show EVER!!! This is the only reboot (or more recent spinoff/continuation) I can think of that's better than the source material! Don't get me wrong, I still love its predecessors too. I think it'd be safer to consider this a continuation or spinoff of the Peanuts series rather than a reboot because Peanuts as a whole never came to an end, but I'm not entirely sure. Kids will love this, and any teenagers or adults who grew up with Peanuts will go into nostalgia mode while watching this!

How can anyone not love Snoopy?
iloveseaotters17 November 2023
I have always loved Snoopy,so I am in love with this show. It's hilarious and heartwarming and so true to what Charles Schulz created. I love that it's broken into segments and that all of the characters are represented.

The music is fun and most of the segments contain a life message that even adults will benefit from.

I subscribed to Apple TV+ to watch the Michael J Fox movie ("Still"), but I'm so glad I kept it.

I think of The Snoopy Show as a "quiet" show, meaning that it's nice to put it on and drift off to sleep.

I hope this show continues for a long time because Snoopy is the best!@@

It's the most endearing thing I've seen in years.

What a shame kids these days grow up on Luca and not the Peanuts anymore.
