Sex & Nudity

- A close-up picture of a vagina is seen as a woman scrolls through pictures on a tablet. This is seen once for about a second, and it is done for comedic effect.
- Lots of crude sexual references about "cumming", "porn", "scissoring between women", "anal", "masturbation", "sex", "threesomes" and "orgies". Also, there are some uses of the f-word in a sexual context.
- A unknown female character wakes up showing full frontal nudity.
- A man is seen thrusting from behind into a naked woman. Her breasts are clearly seen.
- A woman is shown topless and partially nude between two men. Her bare breasts are clearly shown.
Violence & Gore

- The show is violent in nature. It follows a group of contract killers and depicts particularly violent action scenes such as gore, stabbings, gunfights, and superpower based violence.
- There is a close-up shown of dull shears halfway through a man's pinky toe. He screams the entire time it is trying to be snapped off, and he is being tortured.
- A character's is shot in the face with a shotgun, caving it inwards. This is very gory and graphic but also very brief and is not shown for long.
- A gorilla is impaled through the back with a chainsaw and is sawed open, this is very bloody and sudden.
- Any time one of the butterflies takes over a new host, they are shown convulsing while blood spurts from their mouths. This is very upsetting and disturbing every time it happens.
- Around ten people are suddenly shot to death by a character with a machine gun, blood is shown spraying from every bullet hole.
- A man is stabbed in the ear with a long blade, a brief closeup of the blade being inserted is shown. Blood is shown leaking from the ear before the man is killed.
Profanity

- Constant uses of "fuck" and "shit" in most episodes, including the infrequent use of the word "cunt" coupled with some milder profanity like "bitch", "dick", "ass", "damn" and "hell". However, slurs such as "faggot" are used as well.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Alcohol is consumed, and marijuana is played off for comedic effect.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some fight scenes in the show are graphic.
- The show gets very emotional and sad sometimes.
- Too (intentionally) silly to be all that frightening despite the massive body count.
- Not scary at all, but very intense.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- A sonic boom very suddenly explodes a character, her blood is shown spraying onto the ground and cars near her. Lots of viscera and gore is shown.
- In a flashback, two young boys fight which results in one striking the other in the head, causing him to die of a seizure. This is extremely disturbing and realistic.
- A woman is shot in the head by a sniper, not graphic but her blood is shown spraying onto a character's face. Her two children are then shot to death as well; the rifle is shown aiming and firing but nothing is seen. This is a very intense scene.
- A woman is shot in the head mid-sentence and part of her face is shown graphically exploding into gore. Following this, her killer proceeds to massacre several other people by shooting them in the head and face while blood sprays everywhere. This is a very sudden and shocking sequence.
- A man is shot in the temple, blood sprays from the other side of his head. The shooter then proceeds to execute several other people who were previously wounded by shooting them in the chest, blood is shown spraying in the form of red mist.
- A major protagonist is suddenly executed by three gunshots to the chest. This isn't bloody but is very upsetting.
- Peacemaker shoots his father in the head, this looks over the top but is sudden. Blood is shown pooling around the wound.
- There is an extremely brutal and lengthy single shot massacre which features over 100 people being killed using guns, knives, machetes, and a metallic shield. People are shot and stabbed in the head and chest with blood spraying, the machete is used to dismember and decapitate people, and people are bludgeoned to death with the shield as well as being stabbed in the throat and face with the sharp edges of it.
- A character is struck in the head with a machete from behind, it's shown sticking out of their forehead while blood is pooling around the blade. It gets ripped out of their head and partially cuts it in half.
- A man is shot in the head, this is shown from a distance but some blood is seen on a wall behind him.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene where Vigilante gets tortured is disturbing and unsettling.
- For a dark comedy, there's still some heavy parts such as the reveal of Chris's (Peacemaker) traumatic past.
