Story is good, characters are nice. But writing and world building is far away from nice.

Everyone in the movie change their characters and thought process by just one sentence of others.

Not as bad as some are saying, it's at least one time watchable. First half is decent, not bad. 2nd half felt too dragged. If they reduced the runtime it would have been better. Also, in trailers they showed basically full action, but movie not like that. So go with less expectations about that, but those few action scenes are well done. BGM is ok, performances are great, direction and screenplay let the movie down a bit.

Side note: directors attitude is AWFUL, so much arrogance and stubbornness it's just really unlikeable. There's soooo many successful people in our industry, Mahesh babu, Pawan Kalyan, Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Prabhas, and many more, but they all act so humble and kind. Why is this director making such a scene? Even if he had like 20 blockbusters, it's still such a bad attitude.

Completely disappointed...Gone with higher expectations...fully disappointed...

Sharwanand, Siddharth,Aditi rao...Acting plus points...

Poor script and directon have ruined the film. Mediocre performances. Boring, hard to sit through, gave up half way through. Avoid, find some other movie to watch.

Utterly disappointed from the word go, other than the bgm in few scenes and sharwa in few others, the movie is nothing but downhill. Would have expected better from ajay Bhupathi and the trailer but the movie is a big let down with story logics down the drain.

One of the worst movies I have seen all year. There script and the storyline are one of the worst, I have seen. I thought the acting would be good , with all the good actors, but it wasn't impressive. Its better you watch the ceiling fan in your home than to watch this movie. Please don't waste your time.

First of all, it's a well made and well shot film.

Both characters had their Arcs, especially Sharvanand transformation is so good.

Second half could have been better. There is much potential to create a challenging confrontation between Sharwa-Siddarth Jaggu bhai nailed the CHUNCHU character.

Cinematography is good, especially Sea captures and slow mo's. BGM is good.

There is a potential to get 10/10 but still it's a decent film, much better than routine movies and love stories.

Sharwanand did remarkable job but choice as shiddarth was wrong. Villan elevation was average with could not create the heat at the end. Sharwanand took the movie on his shoulders.

Mahaa Boring and Routine movie..Siddarth, Jaggu Bhai & Rao Ramesh's performances gone in vain...completely unnecessary and useless movie...people who give 10 to this movie..just think that they don't know how to watch the movie..

after a few mins of movie start u will conpletely involve in the movie screen play... aditi character is very good siddharth ,rao ramesh,jaggu bhai , and sharwanand did perform well to their roles.... if budget is some more high movie would have been a block buster in recent times but u will never feel boring until the end card... a must watch movie in recent times.

Seriously a multi starrer film with a hero come back we expect much and it didn't reach even 10% totally disappointed with this.

Cinematography and bgms are best.

The film has been ruined by a bad script and direction. Performances that are mediocre. It was boring and difficult to sit through, Couldn't even understand Siddharth's character. Avoid it and find another movie to watch.

It's been a while since I've had the chance to experience commotion so big on the big screen. Maha Samudram provided me with just that. Where should I even start here?

The flawed script, exaggerated fights, multiple deviations from the plot, and the big one, the inability to establish a subject of proper substance.

While I'm not at all certain how the director managed to narrate and made the protagonists accept, the director focused on making the film in a raw and rustic manner; it's nothing to be laughed at; whilst the effort of the actors is to be appreciated for the amount of work they've put in, that is no excuse for the direction and writing department's feeble effort in dishing out an exhausting storyline.

The positives, at times, being the fight sequences and the background score that follows. Every actor on-screen has managed to do a moderately good job. Plus, it is evident that not adequate amounts of concentration were put in to make the songs stand out.

The bottom line is, Maha Samudram is an exaggerated tale of misunderstanding and a frail revenge drama with a flawed narrative. All in all, it's a (barely) one-time watch.

Only plus point in movie is Aditi Rao hidary glamour... Sharwanand acting ok... all actors acting is ok! But worst Story, worst screen play, worst direction made movie worst!

It's just an okayish film. I don't know why this movie got so much of negative reviews sharwanand,Aditi rao did fantastic job. 2 songs are good.

Siddharth and villain characters big drawback.

Still better than so called love stories,remake movies which have been released in this year.

The movie was mind-blowing and it is very interesting up to end. BGM was kracking and its not just a blockbuster .it is more than that. Go and watch dont mind my words u all go and see dont see ratings.

Old storyline movie lenght is too much one time watch just for acting perfomances throughout the film nothing is too good nothing is too bad just below avarage movie did not reach the hyped expectations so I rate it 5 out of 10 ...........

Nice movie,one time watchable. This movie is based on Friendship and one Guy become cheater and story will be run. But Song are not nice in this movie. No lag.

It's a good movie to watch in theaters, some people has given average ratings by considering only the story.

Some movies may go with story, some may go with performance and entertainment. I gave my rating completely based on the performance, songs, bgm, entertainment, etc.

Hi please ignore the negative reviews and watch this movie for yourself. My person information is that the movie is 5STARS AWESOME. Good story music every actor fitted their roles to the T.
