One More Tale of Two Victims

Bunco is a law enforcement term for a person who commits cons, scams and fraud; the term originates from the 19th century when con artists would use the dice game bunco to scam people out of money (as they used rigged dice), in fact playing the game used to be illegal in the US prior to the Civil War, large cities used to have underground bunco parlors that would cheat people out of large sums of money. Since then law enforcement has referred to warrants for the arrest of con artists as "bunco warrants".
