After the fall of the Imperial house of the peacock, Poe and the five must go at the top of the falling tower to find the exit just as in The Cat Returns when Haru must climb the tower to go out of the cat's kingdom.
In the original movie, Po mentioned that Mantis is the same height in real life as his action figure; in this movie, he makes good use of this by substituting Mantis with one of his action figures.
