- If an alien parasite hits you. There is a brief blood spurt on the screen.
- Sometimes blood streaks can be seen on the floor and walls implying that others were attacked before the player took over, these however can easily be missed.
- At times you can violently take down aliens. These take downs are very quick similar to takedowns in Far Cry 5 (2018)

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- While the settings of the game can be scary all of these are portrayed in settings of combat which majorly lowers the intensity of the game
- The behavior and/or appearances of the operators may be frightening to some players as well as the aliens.
- Even with the added aliens. The game is nowhere near as intense as it's predecessor Rainbow Six Siege (2015)
- If the game were to be a movie it would be PG-13 for intense sequences of violence and action, frightening images, and some language
- Caution is advised to players that are sensitive to parasites and bugs.
