In the operating room scene during surgery for the conjoined twins, close-up views of the hands of some of the OR personnel who are manipulating IV solutions reveal they are NOT wearing surgical gloves for sterility.
When Dr. Carson went to deliver the results of the separation surgery to the parents he didn't have sweat on his uniform but in the following scene when he escorted the parents to see their twins he was drenched in sweat.

Later on, he is told the pressure is dropping - they have forgotten about the circulatory arrest again. Then there is the fake drama about Carson finishing his part of the surgery four seconds before the hour is up: truth is, nobody knows how long you can keep any baby in cold circulatory arrest before they get brain damage so you keep the arrest time to the minimum but there is nothing magical about one hour. Finally, they defibrillate a heart that is not fibrillating, and then they do it again - clearly the same heart both times.
