Very sad beginning

The first episode is very sad , put you directly in a dark drama waiting for the events to come. When you watch the fire scene you will remember for sure the Titanic sinking scene

I actually don't really like watching shows that much but this one got me on the hook and I just can't look away. I just hate how Cemre's daughter is so stuck up in her young age and is grossed out about her mom's life even though she should only care about her mom and not be materialistic in a young age.. also I don't know why but my mom keeps complaining about how she doesnt like Rüya and I don't even know why.. 🤣

Great series, eventually got bored of omer and ruya, but everything else is very good. I wish that they added this scene in final episode- Iskender comes out of a prison and Çiçek have happy ending too. The rest is well. I would like a second season.

Very good acting. It's frustrating to watch a narcissist win time and time again, but it's reality. I wish the other actors apart from Chelebi was given a little more brains. Especially Iskender. I think he is a good guy who woke up to the influence of his step-brother. Would like to see his character evolve more and become the one to finally "bury" his brother.

I was amazed by the initial episodes. I understand that the story is not original and is a remake of a French series but the first few episodes were really good. The series focus on the lives of 3 women and how a fire affected them and changed their lives. Of the 3 women, Cemre was the one who really made me watch the series. Demet Evgar as Cemre did an excellent job. The other 2 lady roles were just ok. Not too interesting. I found Cicek rather irritating. I expected more of Ruya's role but was disappointed that her role did not develop much. I skipped the middle part of the series as it was getting boring and just watched the ending.

There were many great stories and characters like Cemre and Celebi as well as cicek and iskender, but omer and ruya ruined the series for me. Ruya was very boring.

The show gets better each week, i cant wait long enough for next episode!!! We are left guessing who is who.. The twisted fate, the complicated situation n feelings of each characters trying to do what they feel right, the guilt n retribution.. Wow what can i say.? This is drama n expect dramatic emotional loads while cheering for good vs evil. Even evil has feelings n the good, can make serious mistakes. I am rooting for Alev2 hopefully it wont get axed by low ratings. The romance are good in there too.. Visually, wow i cant stress how beautiful the actors n actresses from Turkey.. I am captivated. 💞💞💞💖

Right from the opening episode this series had me hooked! All the characters were fantastic in this tangled plot. A great portrayal of again the domestic violence experienced by Cemre & how she used it to her strength. I also loved the whole family/friendship portrayed in the District & how they had each others backs. The star of the show & "Piscopath" supreme was Chelebi ! What a fantastic actor, one if the best portrayals I've seen yet in Turkish Dramas, I couldn't wait to see what he would pull off next!. I was gutted when the series ended. Loved all of it!!

Great actors and actresses. Exciting plot and showing a glimpse of real problems being faceted in Turkey, e.g. violence against women. It's great that the story isn't stereotypical and showing that the girl can also fall for the poor guy.

Not sure why they did not cast those really BIG stars, or rather those we got accustomed to watching BUT I can't explain why it worked out really really really good. Viewers don't get distracted with casting super good looking male lead actor from concentrating on the story. It is somehow keeping the story more realistic rather than romantically giggling.

Alev Alev is truly fantastic, great story, build-up of excitement is constant and solid. Cast of actors are excellent, acting-wise superb, esp. The guy who portrayed Celebi, wow! He doen't have to shout or say a lot of words, the face and eyes speaks of evil - no movement required. Perfect casting, well, hmmm except for the guy who portrayed Bulent, he's kind of like a newbie.

This series is so worth watching, edge-of-your-seat suspense and I really like that they shoot the series around the real neighborhood of Istanbul.

Excellent excellent excellent!

In theory, no one has the right to have power over someone else, based on the principle that before God and before the law we are all equal. But as reality is an interesting fantasy, putting the theory into practice is a bit difficult, especially if we talk about selfishness, malice, desire for power, supremacy, arrogance, ego, pride, stupidity, laziness, falsehood, lying, physical violence, emotional, psychological, fear, abuse of power.... "Alev alev" shows us a fiction inspired by real facts, meaning all the events that are presented through the team behind this series represent a reality of a human being, somewhere in this corner of the world. A scream of helplessness.

The good tfro within us, faith, trust, love, forgiveness, understanding, kindness, acceptance, atonement... lead us to peace, well-being, peace of mind.

Coming back to the series... I don't know how to express myself... it's good. Tragic, funny... both good and bad, more precisely... some actors were very good, others hmm... Ozan and Cemre - their story is interesting, showing us that a timely help can save a life, and as the time goes life builds life and takes a beautiful turn.

Cicek and Iskender - here we are talking about something explosive... a nothing becomes a whole, the crumb becomes a pile. The story of these 2 characters is much more complex than the other 2. Despair, guilt, love, forgiveness, waiting.... It would have been nice if their story had been a direct "happy ending", but only the thought that despite the tragedy there is a second chance, it's nice.

Hazar Ergüçlü, Berker Güven, Demet Evgar and others... Cem Bender, the antagonist...

The best series for everyone who sees !a series that describes the lives of several people and how they change after an explosion at a party. How will our heroes fight to achieve justice? It all describes the salvation of 28 episodes Cemre's attempt to defeat her husband Shelby Kaya Bailey, who poisoned her with drugs during 8 years, who captured her, and what will Sheshek's new life be after she was forced to impersonate another human being after losing her beauty in the fire, And how will Tomiris fight to keep her grandson safe? And how will Roya live for the first time a simple life in which she makes all her decisions on her own. We see in our series an explanation of several crises that exist in our real life ..

Great story with a great message. In the end got tired of Omer and Ruya honestly, I wanted to see more of Iskender and Cicek :( Hopefully there will be a second season.

Alev alev is my third turkish series to seen but i must have to say that it's the best series out of them I love the characters, they have done so good that I can relate myself to them of seeing whole series. Am eagerly waiting for next season. First season is just perfect without any single miatake in my opinion. But there is a simple thing that I am very disappointed, Cicek and Iskender's love story deserves a better ending (again in my opinion). At least a single seen of releasing Iskender and Cicek, Atlas eagerly waiting to see him. The ending of series in just perfect but a single seen of them also could this ending awesome. And i am expecting that in season 2 ww can see my most expecting seen of cicek and iskendree.lots of love and greetings for all the cast.

I am an Indian despite of it I love this show all the characters are amazing and I love each and everyone's role assigned to them. I don't understand Turkish language and i started to watch that show in Hindi and somehow the episodes are not completely given...i am desperately waiting to see how they are going to overcome all the problems they are facing due to chalebi and Iskandar and i also wanted to know the secret of that garbage baby and SN why she has been kept capitive and alive. Someone plz suggest me where I can complete this series.

A series with a strong message

A great series about problems women face when dealing with rich, well connected, corrupt , narcissistic men and how the women gain strength by friendship and sticking together to overcome their hurdles. ( I would imagine the series could apply to men dealing with narcissistic women too) . Also the series promotes that there are many good men who are not motivated by greed and power and subjugating women, rather assisting the women to fight their foes.
