In the season premiere, we meet the designers, the judges, and our host. They are given a "very Filipino" challenge where they need to show their identities as the future of Philippine fashion.
The designers think they are getting a well-deserved break, but soon realize that they have a convertible swimwear challenge! Sparks fly as Ely and Veejay ruin the chillaxing mood, bringing up issues from the previous challenge.
Wedding dresses are a Filipino designers bread and butter. The contestants are all given pre-made on-the-rack wedding dresses and have to make a dream dress out of it.
For this challenge, the designers have to give up their models and use REAL WOMEN and make beautiful dresses to spice up their Valentine's Day dinner dates with their husbands.
In this challenge, the remaining designers need to put aside their differences and form two teams to deconstruct off-the-rack clothes and create a cohesive retail fashion line for Cinderella's 60th Anniversary.
For the final 5 designers, they are given all the best native Filipino fabrics by the Secretary of Agriculture, Arthur Yap, and they need to create an avant-garde design with it.
The remaining 4 designers take Carlos Celdran's Imelda Tour and they get to meet the former First Lady and fashion icon herself! In order to be a part of the Final Three, the designers must reinvent the Filipino terno.
It's been a few months, the show has been on the air, the Final Three are getting ready for Fashion Week, and all the designers are back to hash out their issues among themselves and with the judges!
To see the journey of the 1st season -- from choosing the host, finding the judges, auditioning the contestants, and having bloopers, behind-the-scenes, extended fights, and easter eggs -- this episode has it all!
Jojie Lloren visits the Final Three in their hometowns from the north to the south of the Philippines, and get sneak peeks at their collections, which they have been working on for months. They go back to Manila and are given a last-minute curveball -- their final challenge before the Big Show.
The Final Three present their collections at Philippine Fashion Week, and the decision is made for the winner of the first-ever Project Runway Philippines.
