The biggest strengths of Kalyan Ram's movies have been the action and unique storylines. Hare Ram, his 2008 action thriller, is no exception.
Having viewed a short action segment from this film, I became sure I'd love it, but when I watched the complete film, my mind was literally blown away! I wasn't expecting a film this great. The film was jam-packed with action and twists, making it an out-and-out action thriller.
Kalyan Ram's performance has almost always been terrific, but this time, it exceeded expectations! Especially as Ram, in the second half, I found his performance to be beyond excellent. This is also evident in his other role in the film. Priyamani, Sindhu Tolani, Kota Srinivasa Rao and Seetha are impressive in their roles too, while Brahmanandam, Ali and Rajiv Kanakala are also noteworthy.
Action is one of the best aspects of this film. Every single action sequence is brilliantly executed, and the tension created during these sequences stand out for their chilling brilliance. The screenplay is a masterpiece. Music is also terrific, as is the cinematography and editing. The pace is fast and yet nothing feels rushed or dragged at all.
