I love Miraculous LadyBug and this movie was awesome. The voices threw me off a little bit but overall I could get past that. Too bad the distance between the the two is getting wider and wider.

This had to be one of the best Miraculous episodes I've ever seen! It included the romance and raised the stakes. Every second was exciting and had me laughing.
I was interested in the new characters and thoroughly enjoyed the regulars. The whole concept with Marinette and Adrien was great.
The music and animation was gorgeous. Every shot was just pure gold. A lot of the time it took my breath away.
The only thing that was disappointing was the heroes from New York design. It was pretty basic and had nothing to it. But I still enjoyed the new characters.
Overall, I loved this special and can't wait for season 4!

Oh my god. I have been watching the show since 2016 and I always find there is never enough time for Adrien and Marinette. But this movie, OH MY GOD. I can't express how much I enjoyed it. I never wanted to miss one second of it, mainly because I have been waiting for Season 4 and this is the closest thing i'm going to get for now. I felt the story was good, perfect timing for action and comedy and drama. I haven't laughed the way I had for this movie in a long time. Animation must have took very long, but I really thank them a lot for making a movie. I also loved the lighting, especially the sunrise on the plane scene. The music was as good all ways. I really loved the whole new characters and their stories in this movie, the idea really intrigued me. I loved their decision to go to a new place. I bet it must have taken really long to recreate the Statue of Liberty in Animation but the way it came out was more than excellent. I really thank this team for making a lot of time dedicated for the main two as their normal identities. This must have taken long and maybe got frustrating somewhere but I really can't praise, thank, salute these people enough for this movie. Thank you so so so so so so much.

I can't tell you how much this movie made 2020 at least a little bit better. The excitement I felt as I saw this film on Disney+ was much too great to express on this review. I was not short of a surprise and remained at an awe-struck state at how well the creators of the film DELIVERED. I am 16 years old and have been a dedicated Miraculous Ladybug fan for a while, and the dynamic and meaningfulness that this movie (extended episode) portrayed was what we all expected: more Adrienette moments, hopeless romanticism from Cat Noir, and the introduction of new characters/kwami. Although, I would have wished the movie was a bit longer, I appreciated the changes that set this apart from the series. I'm glad Cat Noir's voice actor was able to be part of this, even if Marinette's voice actor couldn't. I'm here for Bryce Papenbrook! I was hoping there would be more closure at the end with the Adrien and Marinette situation, but those cliff-hangers are what the show are known for.

My sister and I are big fans of the Miraculous Ladybug series. We were so excited to watch the movie but we are extremely disappointed. The movie felt shorter than the actual episodes and was just plan boring. First off, the characters show no development. Marinette seemed like a fangirl and all the progress she made throughout the show went all to waste. She was finally getting comfortable with Adrian in the show, yet in the movie she is so nervous and seems like she can only rely on Aliya for help. She can't even sit next to Adrian for 2 minutes without freaking out. She doesn't seem like the brave, strong, funny, sorta clumsy Marinette we come to know. Adrian just felt like he was only there to make the story progress. His father, Gabriel just seemed to not care anymore. He would put Adrian, his (SON) in danger and he would just sacrifice him to get the Miraculouses. Even if he is the villain, he did everything he could in the show to make sure Adrian his SON didn't get hurt. Kagami only appeared for like a minute. She kissed Adrian for some reason?? (On the mouth I think im not sure) She never appears again in the rest of the 1 hour movie. Second, the new characters introduced didn't really need to be there and don't matter either. Wasn't the whole purpose of being a secret for Ladybug and Catnoir to not show their identities? The new super heros come in and everyone knows who they are. They take their masks off infront of EVERYONE!! It makes no sense to me. Also, the romance was SOOO CRINGE. It wasn't even cute. It was just so bad. Although, my sister and I loved the animation and how detailed the backgrounds were. That's the only thing we really liked about the movie. In the end, it just all felt so pointless. Again, we both love miraculous and are huge fans but this movie just isn't good. I do NOT recommend watching it. Thanks for coming to my tedtalk. 🖤😁👍🏻

I have heard mixed reviews from other people, but to me, I actually think the writing is pretty good! The animation is spectacular, it could easily compete with Disney. The special itself has some darkness or angst in the plot with Adrien/Chat Noir that I think is great. The soap-opera-like darkness in the middle made it appeal to teens/adults. I appreciate dark/angst plots, I only wish it was longer, but I'm still more then happy with the execution. I would recommend this special to everyone I know.

Miraculous New York United heroes was so goddamn amazing anyone who didn't like it is a complete idiot
It had a lot of amazing moments we fans couldn't even think of it
It's begging was so good and they were so happy but at the end it got a little dramatic
Miraculous New York has New characters New Heroes New costumes New type of relationship New Miraculous New Ladynoir moments and New city to save
It had everything I wanted and needed
It's true a lot of movies they have at least one kiss but Miraculous New York didn't have but anyways I'm obsessed with Ladynoir moments
And also I kinda liked their voice got deeper in Miraculous New York

The film does not seem to fit the history of the series. Heroes for some reason have their public identities, even if it puts their loved ones in danger, something that the ladybug always remembers. The plot was also very slow, I really like to see Adrian and Marinette together, but they stole the spotlight from the special. Although it has its good sides, like the animation and a native american character who isn't there just to say "hi, I'm a native american".

I cannot believe I missed the memo on a new Ladybug but Ill get over it because I thought it was amazing. Only that cartoon could make a 33 year old cry. What a relief that same voices were made. Im obsessed with the series and this little film did not disappoint.

I'll put it simply: Miraculous World: New York is one of the worst movies i have ever seen
where do i even begin? They clearly had too much story to fit all into one hour, so as soon as we step into new york itself, they throw all these characters at us that i dont know who they are. They dont bother developing them AT ALL throughout the movie and i therefore cant give less of a damn about any of them.
The story is wildly all over the place. The central two characters are completely wasted, even more so than Ralph Breaks The Internet of all things. Marinette was already a trainwreck of a character before, but here they completely force this pointless character development that doesnt appear anywhere else in the show.
An example of where the story is completely incohesive is when adrien gives up his miraculous. This is presented as a huge emotional moment and an important part of the story. Then one of the characters i dont care about shows up and gives a mediocre "inspirational" speech that somehow convinces him to continue being cat noir again, making this plotline completely pointless and stupid.
A few other grievances: the animation is extremely weird and choppy in this one, for a show that usually has decent animation. I hate how the "cinematic" miraculous music is played every five seconds, even though for example, marinette is literally just running to the bus. And finally, 80% of the dialogue is poorly written, cringeworthy and often just plain stupid.
As a person who enjoys miraculous the show, i am insulted at the quality of this movie. Amazing how they screwed up something so bad. 1/10

Lets see, the character designs? Terrible, the faces are stiff lifeless weirdly misshapen blobs. The plot? What plot? They go to New York. LB and CN get into a fight that's instantly resolved because of a robot. No actual work or growth for them. Random girl they barely know gets a miraculous AND gets to keep it. Not to mention apparently there's just superheroes, like MCU/DC type heroes even though this concept has NEVER been touched upon before. The ending is SO rushed and cliche and incredibly sudden. I suppose that's because this is an hour long but good god they couldn't add a few more minutes to make this movie make the slightest bit of sense?

I felt like this was a really long episode of the show. It didn't feel like a movie at all. I didn't really like the romance, I was hoping for a little bit more improvement in that area of the movie, but it never really happened. I wish that there would've been more character growth and not ending up feeling like a extra long episode. It was very cute though.

Amazing, I like your television series, its marvelous. There are so many episodes and its a 2015 television series, there are total 5 seasons in it. And there are two special episodes, that are risk and strike back after risk strike back seems like part 2 after Ladybug defeated risk but mistakenly the dog miraculous she gave to who she thought was Adrien, he was Felix, Adrien's cousin. There are two more AMAZING episodes called Humanizer and Marinette Akumatized actually I don't in which episode Marinette got Akumatized. In these two episodes Tikki, Marinette's Kwami and Marinette herself got Akumatized when tikki got Akumatized she was tyen called Humanizer, a supervillan who when goes into someone's body she can control the person's body. In that episode what happened was that Marinette was as usual angry because of lila a liar but no one believed her, that day, she got too angry but tikki tried to convince which made her more angry as in the toilet she threw her earrings at the floor and leaving tikki in the toilet with the earrings. Tikki became sad and that's when she got akumatized into humanizer. Marinette felt ashamed of what she had done to tikki. Near the trees in paris she told her that because of lila she got angry then Humanizer rushed to lila, like a akuma she hid in her earrings and made lila tell the truth to everyone else. Marinette asked Cat Noir to give plagg and wait in the toilets. He agreed. Plagg told Humanizer that she is the strongest Kwami then tikki came back. All of Marinette's friends had felt ashamed as well that they didn't trust Marinette. Her friends said to tell those lies to the principle. But Marinette learned her lesson and said,"No. We shouldn't blame others as it won't make them a good guy." "That is right." Adrien came and said he took her to the toilets and showed his true identity he promised Master Fu will not know and both of them hugged. Now when Marinette got Akumatized it was a reason she accidentally send Adrien a message called "hot stuff!" But surprisingly after remembering her memories about how much Cat Noir loves her she broke the akuma and fixed everything including herself she de-Akumatized into Ladybug then into Marinette. I am not sure what happened next. In risk Marinette and Adrien keep making mistakes because of a supervillan they're not aware of but later on, Rena rouge a superhero figures out that everyone had a frog sign on their neck which they realize that a boy has a frog sign on his shirt and they figure out its a supervillan who is making them take all the risks. Ladybug rushes to the train to find Adrien to give him the dog miraculous. She thought that on the train was Adrien and she gave him the miraculous but he was Felix he fixes everything and later on Ladybug and the rest of the superheroes defeat strike back hawk moth then de-transforms and says to Nathalie to cancel the trip. Nathalie could not find Adrien on the train and suddenly she started coughing. Ladybug went to Adrien's house and said to give back the miraculous then he asked "which miraculous?" She then replied "Well the dog miraculous which I gave you." "But you didn't give me any miraculous." Adrien said. "Afcourse I did on the train." Ladybug said. Adrien said. "Felix." Ladybug then gets suprised. And while talking to Nathalie, Gabriel finds Felix and he asks him that what does he want. He said that he wanted the real peacock miraculous and if he gives it to him then Felix will give all the other miraculous to Gabriel. Gabriel agreed. Ladybug figured out that Felix has her yoyo and that means the miraculous, she cries in panic. Adrien told her to calm down but she just couldn't. She went back near the Eiffel Tower. She said to herself "I've lost everything!" "You still got me." Cat Noir said. Then Ladybug replied " Why don't you just give up on me? I lost all the miraculous, I am the worst guardian ever!" "Milady." She holds cat noir's hand. And is determined to get everything back. Thats all.

If u watch the show version then u are aware the NOTHING and i mean nothing changes the plot/storyline doesn't change what so ever even after like 4+ seasons nothing not even Marinette's best friend knows she's ladybug and i find it so SO SO SO stupid that Adrian Marinette's CRUSH meaning the guy she likes a lot !!!! she doesn't recognize his voice even when he's in cat noir form like how can u be THAT stupid 😐 like come on and that fact that hawkmoth HIS OWN FATHER can't even differentiate that Cat Noir and Adrian ARE THE SAME PERSON LIKE THAT IS UR SON HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW U HAVE RASIED HIM!!!OMG i just find this movie to be really stupid and unnecessary nothing changes there are no changes to the storyline there are more super hero's but still just nothing- it's literally like if u we're to watch the show the only difference is that it's an hour long and ur wasting ur life by watching it so yeah this show is so stupid it makes me physically mad who ever writes the show is so stupid and should never write a script again 🙃
