Caillou goes to Disney World for her 5th birthday, but Disney World was closed today because of the police, Clementine and Leo came to Disney World too, and he was disappointed that it was closed, Caillou, Mommy, Daddy and Rosie think of a better way celebrate his birthday, at home, and Caillou forgot all about the police in Disney World today.—Mat Tias

The film begins with Caillou having a dream about him and clones of himself having fun on an island. The fun ends when a spaceship that looks dangerous appears. Inside the spaceship was Caillou's dad, Boris. He uses lasers to zap and remove the clones. The original Caillou tries to run away from the spaceship, but he can't find a shelter. When the last clone gets killed, Caillou wakes up and realizes that it was a nightmare. Boris forces Caillou to go to school, but it is Saturday and Boris doesn't care. Caillou leaves bed and tells the viewers a true story with a battle between him and his dad, while Boris makes the shower have really, really hot water. One day, when school is about to start, Boris forces Caillou to say his speech, which ends on the same second the school bus arrives. Boris doesn't even accept the love he receives from his son. On the bus, he gets disturbed by an annoying kid who is forcing him to play hide-and-seek. Caillou attacks him when he learned about the Iron Man Suit. When the bus reaches school, and Miss Martin notices that Caillou doesn't have his homework, he tells the teacher that Boris ate the homework when Caillou refused to do chores. Miss Martin thinks that story is ridiculous, and she forces the students to attack him. They are unable to do that, because Caillou keeps on running away. In the outside of the classroom, he attacks two students. The teacher says that Caillou was bad because he misbehaved on that day of school. When the school day ends, Miss Martin tells her boss that she couldn't exterminate Caillou, but he knows that the students tried to kill him. At home, when Boris needs help, Caillou tells him that it was a horrible day at school. He was almost shot and killed, and he is still mad at Boris for eating his homework. It was 9 pm in the night. When Caillou leaves the kitchen and goes to the living room, Boris stops him because he wants to ground his son. Caillou stops the grounding and tells him the power of GoAnimate Logic. Caillou angrily goes to his room and says to himself that he needs to find a place to be happy so that he can enjoy his "good ol' days". Meanwhile, Boris is calling the address of Happiness Daycare Center. The daycare teacher asks Boris about Caillou (whose full name is Boris Caillou Junior). Boris explains information about Caillou. He is four years old, he is bald, and has a yellow shirt, blue shorts, white socks, and red sneakers. Caillou is hiding something in his butt, making it large. Afterwards, Boris's request of sending his son to daycare finally gets accepted. Meanwhile, Caillou is finding some funny videos to watch, but when he watches one, he gets annoyed. Boris tells Caillou to get in the living room with him. Caillou is expecting a punishment day, but it isn't. Boris called a guy to send Caillou to daycare so that Caillou can feel miserable. Caillou thinks it is horrible. When he is forced to go to a room, and goes to a room that isn't his, he destroys it all and starts crying like a baby. On Monday, when Miss Martin goes to her school, she goes to her garage and turns on a machine with the face of Boris asking her if his son Caillou is about to go to daycare. The answer was a yes, since she's finding clues. Meanwhile, Caillou is one small road away from daycare. When he opens the enter door, he gets welcomed to the guy's center. The guy's name was Mr Happy. When Mr Happy introduces his daycare kids, PC Guy becomes angry while the teacher cheers him up. Caillou becomes a new student and is expecting to have a fun time at daycare. When Caillou goes home, he is smiling. Boris is confused, because he thought Caillou would be crying. He claims that if it keeps on happening, he will kill Miss Martin. The next day, the teacher is excited because she wants to scare Caillou. When Caillou comes, Miss Martin talks about Adolf Hitler, who is German and Austrian. Hitler started a war and killed over 6 million people. Caillou is shocked to watch these photos. When he goes to daycare in a scared way, Mr Happy tells Caillou that Hitler died a long time ago, and that there is no need to worry. In the car, Boris asks Caillou his thoughts on school and daycare. Caillou said that school was scary, but daycare cheered him up. Boris is mad since his son loves his speech. When Boris gets home, he tells Miss Martin that Caillou is not feeling bad when he is in daycare. The teacher decides to be with Boris and think up of a plan with him. Later, he opens a box with a sword in it. Back in daycare, Caillou is having fun with Mr Happy's kids. Mr Happy tells Caillou to be with him, because the two have to talk. Mr Happy tries to say that Boris isn't really a bad guy. Caillou doesn't believe that story is true, and that's because he never heard of it. Mr Happy tells the story to Caillou. It happened in 1997, when Boris was a teenager. Boris used to be a student of Mr Happy. Boris had demons inside him, mainly because his dad was mean. Mr Happy kept on trying, trying, trying, but no matter what he did, it never worked. Boris decided to do something unsmart: lighting the pharmacy on fire. Then, Mr Happy gives Caillou a tape that Boris gave him. He doesn't know what's inside, and he tells Caillou that he can watch it with him one day in the future. When Boris sees Caillou happy for the third time, he gets very mad since his wishes didn't go true. He uses the sword to kill Caillou, but he is not able to. Boris crashes into the American government because he wants to take over as the US President. Barack Obama gets mad and says that he wants to be the president forever since he hates Donald Trump. Seconds later, Boris tells everyone that he is now the president of the United States, and that he will ground everyone if they don't find Caillou. Also, he changes the country's name from "United States" to "Boris Land". Caillou notices that Boris is starting a war and he tells Mr Happy about it. Suddenly, the police arrives. Caillou and Mr Happy hide so they do not get killed. The officers get defeated and the two escape daycare. They are now in a place with lots of trees and grass. Mr Happy tells Caillou that he likes Boris a lot. Caillou claims that he hates his own father. When Caillou and Mr Happy walk some more to figure out what's happening, but they reach a height with lots of wind blowing. Mr Happy doesn't know if there is a way to stop Boris. But Caillou tries to cheer him up. They can figure it out. Three days later, Caillou and Mr Happy are stranded in a desert, without food or water. Caillou sees a dangerous character from a video game. When he stomps on it, he realizes that it was a turtle. Then, the two find a city, where they can definitely order food. They go to a board that sells food. Hours later, after Caillou and Mr Happy eat their food, Caillou feels tired and he needs to sleep. Mr Happy is making sure that he can one day get ready to face Boris. Before Caillou sleeps, he tells Mr Happy that it's 7 pm in the night, and they still will be able to save the country from Boris. As Caillou falls asleep, Mr Happy remembers another flashback. Boris was talking about taking care of his newborn, so he offered Mr Happy a videotape. Boris gets angry, but apologizes immediately. Meanwhile, in the White House, a boss makes Boris speak to Miss Martin. They are sitting on invisible chairs, which is impossible. Then, Barney the dinosaur shows up, making Boris say that he has a surprise for Miss Martin. The "surprise" was Boris killing Miss Martin with his sword. The sword was made by Boris's ancestor, while Boris wishes the teacher death. The next morning, back in the desert, Caillou wakes up. Him and Mr Happy try to leave, but they get stopped but laser planes referenced to Boris. Caillou and Mr Happy need to find a safe place so that they don't get killed by these lasers. They try the spaceship, but it gets destroyed. Mr Happy thinks the garbage can will work, and it does. The can starts floating in the air, while inside, Caillou was disgusted and uncomfortable. When the can falls down, and the two go out, the planes disappear. Caillou and Mr Happy leave the desert and go to a hotel. In the hotel, Caillou wants to learn about his mother, Doris. He thinks she's on eternal vacation, but Mr Happy knows Boris's secrets. Doris died when Caillou was a baby. Boris watched Doris go, but Doris said that she can contact Boris on social media. The plane explodes. When Boris finds his wife, he realizes that she's dead, making Boris depressed. When Boris goes back to his house, he smells something. Then he sees a "pazooka" in his house. Boris's dad told Boris to not get married, so he killed Doris as a punishment. Then Boris angrily kills his bad father. After Caillou hears the story, he gets hungry and wants to eat spaghetti-os. But when Caillou sees that the meatball can has been poured, it means no spaghetti-os. Caillou decides to eat pizza instead. Including with good mushrooms. Meanwhile, Boris is calling a government worker. Then, he meets a group of government workers that need to speak to Boris. When they explain what happened to Caillou, Boris hires Barney. Then, Boris goes out and does groundings to many miserable people of America. After that, Boris decides to tell himself to find GoAnimate videos. Back in the hotel, Caillou is trying to make a GoAnimate video, but it is taking hard work. When Mr Happy wants to know Caillou's favorites, Caillou said that Chuck E Cheese is the best place ever. But Caillou gets mad at Mr Happy when he says that he can only take Caillou to Peter Piper Pizza. He leaves the hotel and doesn't come back. After sunrise, Caillou decides to remake the Bubble Beat Box from "SpongeBob SquarePants". After that, he gets caught by 3 Barneys and gets sent to an unstable helicopter. When the helicopter explodes, everything is black. When Caillou wakes up, he is in Boris's Lair (which is in the White House). The lair has gray bridges on a red ceiling, wall, and floor. Boris reads Caillou's mind and it says that he is addicted to Mr Happy. Caillou asks what happens if he'll be free, and Boris sarcastically says that he will be free. When Mr Happy is walking in a garden, Caillou says that he is still mad at him. Mr Happy only has one day to see Caillou. When he goes to the lair, Mr Happy got forgiven, but Caillou, Boris and Mr Happy run and fall through bridges and are unable to exit. He got threatened that he was Steve from "Blue's Clues". And all of a sudden, Mr Happy gets killed. Caillou and Boris start falling and escape the lair. Then, they crash into a camping tent, a barn, and a house garden. Caillou touches a stove and gets a punishment day. There were five punishments. The penultimate made Caillou blind, while Caillou stopped the last punishment and kicked Boris off a cliff. Suddenly, Boris turned into a big and evil giant. Caillou tells America that they have to stop Boris, and they listen to him. Caillou is no longer afraid. When he remembers flashbacks of what Boris did to him in the past, Caillou kills Boris and makes GoAnimate City safe. But Caillou is feeling sad since his dad is dead. When the moon comes and it becomes nighttime, everyone is partying. Caillou is blind, which means that he won't be able to see the tape that Mr Happy offered. So, he decides to just listen to it. When he puts the tape in the VCR and makes it start, he learns that the real and nice Boris was always there. Caillou is very proud and parties with others. On the other side of the party, a machinery soul of the younger Boris appears smiling. Caillou is still happy since he learned that what Mr Happy said was true, as the film ends and the closing credits roll.
