- Nude breasts
- A woman undresses down to her underwear as she seductively approaches a man in bed. She crawls into bed and half straddles him as they kiss. Remainder of the scene, they talk, with most shots from the shoulder up.
- A woman meets a DEA agent in a cheap motel twice, no sex is shown at all in any of these scenes.
- A woman's breasts are shown in closeup for several seconds and then she walks around the room in only panties. Her breasts (including nipples) are clearly seen as well as most of her butt.

- A man holds another man at gun point and shoots him in the shoulder, and some blood is seen. Blood is later seen on the man's shirt a few times.
- A man enters a man's house, is met with a stranger with a gun, he disarms and fights the intruder, but more men appear and hold him at gunpoint while their leader questions him.
- A man shoots another man point-blank in the chest, but he doesn't die, and the man walks over later and shoots him several times in the chest until he dies, with large, bloody bullet holes seen.
- A man enters an officer's office and pistol whips him, slams him against a wall and a desk, and strikes him. He questions the officer at gunpoint. Another officer enters the room, and the man fires his gun at the second officer in order to escape the room.
- Two men hold a criminal hostage. They punch him several times while interrogating him.
- A man attacks another in a dark garage. The men fight and disappear outside. Moments later, the man under attack comes crashing through a window in the garage. More men converge outside the garage and a gunfight ensues between the men inside and outside the garage.
- A man drives up to a house and makes a sharp turn, smashing the back of his car into a man which sends the man flying into another car. The driver gets out to kidnap another man, stuffs the man in the back of a truck, but another man strikes the driver down and holds him at gunpoint. The men argue before the previous man the driver hit with a car recovers and opens fire on them. They both escape in two separate cars.
- It's implied that a man's severed head is in a bag, and you briefly see it, but only slightly and no gore or blood can be seen.
- A group of men fire at chickens, and a man grabs a gun and mercy-shoots all of the chickens. Graphically shows the chicken heads blown off with blood spray. The most graphic blood violence in the whole movie.
- A man runs into a room full of men, and punches a man in the face.
- Bobby and Stig drive their car through a gate at a naval base, and several naval police give chase in their cars, resulting in a large car chase.
- A man shoots a woman in the head, but the scene cuts before she is shot, and we only hear the sound. We later see obscured shots of her slumped body, briefly.
- A man starts a fire inside a diner. Moments later the diner blows up.
- A group of men attempt to kill a man in a canyon. He fights with several of them, and then runs off, and the others chase him. A shootout ensues, and he escapes in a car.
- A scene where a sniper shoots several armed intruders from across the street. No blood and you only see one actually get shot.
- There's an intense car chase through a desert. Eventually both cars stop right next to each other, and the drivers punch one another through their open windows. One of the drivers dives into the other's car and they fight, eventually spilling out of the vehicle and wrestling further until they both agree to stop and peaceably resolve their conflict.
- A man shoots an exposed gas pipe in a kitchen causing a large explosion.
- A man has drawing pins whacked into his hand, with a brief closeup of him pulling the pins away from his skin. Broken skin is just barely visible in the closeup.
- A man performs a Russian roulette routine. One victim is shot in the leg, with some detail of the impact and a large blood splatter onto the man's face. In the other scene, after the gun fails to go off, the bullets are unloaded into the chest of a dying man on the floor, with some blood-spurts.
- Two men are strung up, upside down, in a bull pen and hit in the chests with a bat, with masked blows but strong sound-effects.
- In a massive shootout, many people are shot and killed with small amounts of blood spray, complete with grotesque sound effects. A helicopter pilot is shot in the head, blood splatter on the windshield visible, the helicopter crashes. A man is shot in the head from a distance. Another man is shot, falls, and the shooter fires multiple shots into him killing him. Two men approach a wounded third man and both shoot him several times killing him. Bullet holes seen.

- The scenes of Russian roulette are intense.
- A scene where a man is trying to escape from killers and is running around a canyon. Pretty intense because you don't know where anyone is.
