- Gen is seen being transported on a stretcher, lying on his side and wearing only a hospital gown with an opening in the back exposing his buttocks. He passes trying to cover his buttocks with his hand, but a part of them is visible.
- Tetsujin revealed to have had an affair with Lady Fuwa. He tries to tell the story of their romance to Usagi, who quickly interrupts and leaves.
- Chizu asks Tetsujin to break into a girls' bathroom to see if Toshiko and Usagi's aunt were there. Tetsujin promptly refuses, saying that would be an invasion of privacy.

- Cute characters are doctors and nurses in a hospital. Most of the time they act as expected, but in some scenes, they act terrifying and threatening, sometimes using scalpels and other sharp objects with the intention of performing a surgery, even against the patient's wishes. Played for laughs.
