Hard to believe this was directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The biggest mistake was telling the story, which is based on real life event, through the bigoted murderer's POV with almost no regard for the victims. Murder even shows sympathy for the unpleasant villain. Besides that major blunder, the movie is also excruciatingly slow and boring.

The movie is just glorifying the honour killing. The movie shows the immense love of dad towards her daughter who killed her lover brutally but couldn't accept him as a son-in-law.

Has to be the worst movie I've watched in the past ten years. Completely glorifies honor killings and extremely skewed and nonsensical. Just... watch anything else.

Brainwashing the youth to mislead their life. 100% avoid. Ban this kind of directors, they are injurious to the society.

Slow, pointless sound effects and camera effects. Story is suitable for short movie, no content to extend for 2hrs.

90% of the time in the movie the father of the girls is crying speaking about his feelings and drinking and kind of tries to justify honor killings.

Awful - acting/story/dialogue/starcast/dialogues. Don't waste your time. It is terrible.

Its not a movie, its a sad feel & every drop of tears of a father. Every generation should watch this movie. Killing is not correct, but the emotion is more deep at times where killing seems tiny thing. Teenagers need to think logically before taking a life decision.

Can't control my laugh from to start of the movie till the climax. After many years had very much fun watching this movie. Probably the director should be great person (!!!) to give this wonderful comedy film ever made in film industry.

Even though I am not father to daughter, it moved me. But intentionality director showed Namrata's in-laws who are really CHRISTIANS as Hindus. Very pathetic to Hindus for this PSUDO SECULERISM. No body dares against any religion other than Hindu.

Not a thriller film! Don't be tricked! One of the worst movies in the world.background music is waste and over reacting from actors. If you want to see a comedy film,see this movie.

What a pathetic movie. Can not understand what is the Director wanted to express with this movie. At one hand honor killing is shown and on other the script is justfying the same. Had to put zandu balm over my head after watching.

Like movie director mindset & story. Movie is utter waste no point in movie story, slow moving, one side story moving..

Whoever makes such pointless films with amateurs as actors! Utter waste of tme.

Pretty boring. Not sure why many people rated it high.

This is why nobody want daughters. This movie has shown a harsh truth of Today's world, and faced equal amount of backlash as nobody wants to see the truth. But it is a very brave attempt to show that how sometimes daughters become selfish and a disgrace to the society.

How can honor killing or any sort of killing be justified? The father expects that his daughter will return if he will kill her husband? What kind of logic is that? They are trying to justify toxic love. Even if you think your child is wrong, violence or killing is never justified. The dad doesn't even try to talk to them once calmly. How can such a person be considered a good dad? They are trying to justify anything in the name of emotions or bonds.

Firstly,10/10 for All the CAST & CREW(Especially Father's Role) Secondly,It is a Clean movie without any CONTROVERSY Thirdly,Truth And Pain Behind that Murder and what Conditions Let him to Do Murder... FINALLY,WORTH WATCHING AND IT'S UP TO YOU..You Can Decide the diff between TRUE LOVE & IMMATURED LOVE

No idea why this movie is high rated. The movie is complete waste of time.

No story, unbearably loud and subpar music, mediocre songs... that is all there is.

Ram Gopal Varma should stop making movies now. It's enough. Such a waste of time. Moving cameras is boring and so irritating to watch. Please do not watch these kind of movies. These kind of movies should not be listed on any OTT platform.

Unethickal and like drama.

It is overlong and too dramatic to a fault.

There is also this assumption that sensationalism and WhatsApp-style narrative-building can be a substitute for the lack of novelty or creativity.
