Abby states that Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) is not very common. TiO2 is one of the most common pigments in use today. It's used in just about everything from toothpaste to paint to sunscreen as a white pigment.
Towards the end of the episode Ziva throws a folder onto Tony's desk. Viewers can see it fall off the edge of the desk before the camera cuts away.
When the NCIS team returns to USS Rubicon. The camera shows the NCIS black car in front of the ship, Tony says off camera, but on the ship, "No one home. Salvage guys have called it a day." His voice is relatively loud with an echo (signifying an empty ship). When the camera cuts to the team inside the ship, Gibbs turns to Tony and says, "Hey, keep it down" while at the same time giving hand signals. You can see Gibbs' head from the rear right quarter and it is obvious that his mouth is not moving as he says the above line.
The team makes several trips to Norfolk, apparently in minutes. Driving time from D.C. to Norfolk is at least four hours without traffic.
When Abby first uses the computer to find Dale Kapp's cell phone signal, she says he's still on the base. But the map on her screen indicates that it's just south of the Lincoln Memorial, about 2.5 miles from the Navy Yard.
