- Some NPCs will wear some revealing outfits. If 69 is typed on a keypad the person you play as will say ho ho ho.
Violence & Gore

- Depending on the method used, killed characters can leave a pool of blood where they lie (For example, poisoning or choking someone to death will not leave behind blood). Shooting someone can create blood splatters on walls.
- Players can kill characters with a variety of weapons and tools, as well as set up accidents such as electrocution, falling off a ledge, or being crushed by falling objects. The game's bloodiness and violence depend primarily on what the player decides to do.
- One map in the game contains a grape-crushing machine. Players can use this as a means to kill targets or dispose of bodies, which leaves behind a rather bloody mess.
- As with previous instalments, the game encourages leaving as low of a body count as possible, killing only the indicated characters.
- This game revolves around killing targets, the majority of methods used to kill them are mostly bloodless, sometimes being more comical, but there are a few noticeably violent "scripted" kills you can pull off, mainly a method of murder that involves using a grape crusher to crush one of your targets, while not being gory, it does leave quite the bloody mess.
- Though the player is able to play and complete each level in the way they wish, the player is encouraged to only kill the level's targets, and each level can easily be completed by only incapacitating non-targets, if even that is necessary.

- Language isn't that frequent in the game, but words like "Fuck" and "Shot" still appear in dialogue.

- Some missions involve infiltrating a drug operation and luring victims by trying to sell them drugs; players can acquire a brick of cocaine but are not able to use it.

- As with previous instalments, the game has a sense of humor to it at times, despite the dark premise. This is shown in the ways the player can dispose of targets, the costumes they can wear, or random bits of dialogue.
