Violence & Gore

  • An envelope containing severed fingers is shown.
  • The main characters are frequently caught in a gun war with numerous foes. Heavy artillery is involved throughout. Many people are shot, some injured, some killed. There is also some physical violence.
  • A man hangs a man. We see the man with the rope around his neck, standing on a chair. A man kicks the chair out from under him, the hanged is seen kicking from the waist down.
  • A band of men attempt to assassinate a man. There is extreme gun fire with automatic weapons.
  • A man single-handedly kills a group of masked men using a gun and at one point a syringe. We see the men either fall or the scene flashes away and we hear the gun shot. Though the methods are definitely violent they are not explicit.
  • A woman throws things at a man she thinks is going to hurt her.
  • A man kidnaps a woman. It is not a violent exchange, but he does tape her mouth and ties her to a bed. It is intended to be comical.
  • A police officer attempts to kidnap a woman by injecting her with something. A man rescues her, killing the police officer.
  • A man snatches a screaming woman by her hair and drags her to a secluded area intent on shooting her. She begs and pleads. He's convinced not to kill her. Intended to be comical.
  • Bazookas are used to blow up a couple characters all in one scene. not explicit.
  • Two men engage in strong brutal hand-to-hand combat. Total destruction of the room, bloody lacerations on the face, black eye, and gun shot to the arm are a result. During the fight a man gets into a headlock and his arm is dislocated. We hear a loud snap.
  • A man is struck unconscious twice. Intended to be comical.
  • A man is shot and he falls. Seen from a distance.
  • A woman fires various automatic weapons at a group of men racing to escape to safety.
  • A woman fires a machine gun at a group of cars.
  • A man uses a detonator to blow up a car.
  • A man tazes two men.
  • A man strikes a man in the neck killing him.

Profanity

  • 1 brief use of 'f**k', 1-2 uses of 'shit', 3 uses of 'Goddamn', 1 use of 'Christ', several uses of 'hell', 3 uses of 'damn', 3 uses of 'ass', and 1 use of "son of a bitch". Several religious exclamations,1 anatomical male term, 1-2 uses of 'Jesus', and 4 uses of 'sucks'.

  • Two characters drink two glass each of vodka in one scene.
  • An older man has a tray of prescription medicines in his room.
  • A group of people drink a few sips on a porch.
  • A woman is injected with something against her will. The effects sink in and she claims to be high before eventually passing out.

  • Numerous intense scenes in which numbers of operatives are killed, some brutally. Towards the opening of the movie, an elite execution team is sent to one character's house with orders to murder him.
