Three days in the life of fitness motivator Sylwia Zajac, a social media celebrity surrounded by loyal employees and admirers, who is really looking for true intimacy.

For instance, who knows what Sylwia is doing between her posts, apart from posing for glamorous magazines and promoting her sponsors' products? Sylwia Zajac is a fitness influencer who has a large fan following. She leads fitness routines to large crowds with her coaching partner Klaudiusz. She regularly posts on her social media, detailing her workouts and her life in general. She is currently working through some disagreements with a sponsor, with which she has a brand deal, after she posted a recent video that went viral of her expressing her sadness at being single.

One day, she takes her dog, Jackson, for a walk and sees a man in his car staring at her. When she returns from the walk, he is still there watching her. When she goes over to confront him, he is masturbating.

The next morning, when she is looking through posts she is tagged in, she sees the 'stalker' from the car, who has posted a public apology to Sylwia about his behavior in the carpark. He says that he is like Sylwia in that he is also alone and wants someone to love.

When at the mall buying a birthday gift for her mother Basia, a fan says hello and asks Sylwia to join her for a conversation. The woman talks about being a fan and being married for two years, then starts to discuss the marriage failing and a recent miscarriage she had. Sylwia is moved by this honesty and confesses that she regularly thinks about quitting her job.

She heads to her mother's apartment for a birthday lunch with extended family, where she meets her mother's new partner Fryderyk. This lunch starts pleasantly but takes a turn when Sylwia tells the story of her 'stalker' and Basia argues that Sylwia was the one that confronted him and that he might be a nice guy. They argue and Sylwia storms out of the dining room but is later consoled and returns to apologise and join the family for birthday cake.

That night, she joins Klaudiusz at an exclusive party and invites him home. At home, she notices her stalker's car parked outside again. Before Klaudiusz can have sex with her, she tells him the story of her stalker. Klaudiusz offers to have a word with him, however, when arriving downstairs, he smashes the car window and brutally beats the stalker. Upon returning, a shocked Sylwia asks Klaudiusz to leave, but to her further disgust, he admits that he is still aroused and masturbates in front of her, just as her stalker did.

Sylwia leaves to check on the bloody, beaten stalker and suggests he leaves. He begins to drive away, but stops and staggers out of car, having a breakdown and shouting about needing to leave. Sylwia hugs him, supports him back to the car and drives him to hospital.

The next morning on a TV appearance, Sylwia is questioned about (and criticised for) her viral video, to which she begins crying but pushing back that her social media life should show her bad days as well as her good days and that if that side of her is seen as weak and pathetic, then she's happy because "weak and pathetic people are the most beautiful people". This honest rant proves cathartic for her and she admits that after a rough few days, she is feeling well. She goes ahead with giving a fitness routine on the show.
