The second episode of Unprecedented. Stories from lockdown and this time the trio of stories hinted at some darkness.

The first one is a couple trying to talk via Skype but the wifi is not strong enough. They have been going out for a few months, he is a musician and she is looking after her brother.

If things are not going swimmingly because of a bad connection, she ends it with him. It then goes to a song with the man resolving to get back with her.

This one suits Arthur Darvill as he also has his own band and is a composer as well. It went for a sweet ending.

The second story was anything but sweet. A series of Skype calls with her mother in law reveals a pregnant woman (Gemma Arterton) is being abused by her husband. It highlights just how much domestic abuse has risen during lockdown.

The third had the biggest cast and was also the weakest. It looks like a group of friends having a mass online meet up who end up revealing some dark unhappy aspects about their lives.

They just came across some random strangers who decided to have a group chat.
