- The violence in this show is quite intense and sudden. No character is safe from death in this show and can be a lot to handle because of that.
- There are intense depictions of bullying in season one.
- The main character's head is banged on a tree trunk multiple times. This can be very disturbing for some viewers.
- There are demons and creatures throughout the show that could be scary and visually unsettling to some viewers.
- One the antagonist nailed 2 human beings to a wall and forced feed them cursed fetuses, so the cursed fetus can take over their body.
- Very dark fantasy and mature show with intense and occasional emotional scenes.

Sex & Nudity
- A school girl is caught by a curse and the curse feels her breasts but not sexually. The curse doesn't really have hands so the short scene flies over most viewers.
- In the scene where the patchwork's curse is discussing Sukuna's fingers it pans out to a fully naked man nailed to the wall. It shows everything possible with his front privates barely being covered by someone's head.
- Mei Mei is in the bed, completely nude in the entire episode. They didn't want to censor it as the show needs to be more mature then tv-14 in other programs.
Violence & Gore
- A character's hand is cut off and a lot of blood sprays out.
- The MC is trying to deflect a special grades attack, but ends up losing his fingers in the process. The scene is kind of bloody.
- Gojo rips off a curse spirit's head.
- A character rips someone's heart out, and this is very gory.
- One of the main characters can turn herself into a voodoo doll and inflict pain on to enemies by stabbing herself with her nails. Really disturbing and intense.
- In ep 3 of season 2 one of the MCs gets brutally hacked up in a lengthy scene, blood everywhere. Very emotionally distressing and shocking.
- In season 2, episode 9 a character kills 1000 curses in 0.2 seconds. You can see blood splattering everywhere and landing on people's faces.
- In season 2, Gojo is killed by sukuna. He is cut in half by sukuna, and you can see both halves of his body. This is considered to be the saddest death in the series.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- A boy gets bullied and part of the bullying is that the bullies give him cigarette burns on his face. He shows these to a teacher later on in the series.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One of the main antagonist has the ability to disfigure the human anatomy and reshape it into a grotesque creature which ultimately kills the victim from the shock of the mutation.
- Two cursed spirits laugh at a young man as his disfigured friend, unable to handle disfiguration, dies in his arms. Very emotionally intense.
- One of the antagonists burns up entire people in an store one by one, which includes the school students also it is very explicit and disturbing.
- Nanami's death may be heart-wrenching for people. The scene keeps transitioning between Nanami's dream life and reality which makes it sad.
- Nobara's death is extremely upsetting.
- The relationship between Mei Mei and her younger brother, who is still a child, is disturbing especially when she's lying naked in bed with him.
