An absolute masterpiece

There's some alternate universe out there where this episode is rightfully an hour long tv special the way it feels like it should've been. Breathtaking, kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time, just absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better episode and I've gone back many times to rewatch this one specifically since first seeing it.

This episode - this whole series in fact- was incredible! It's rare that show gets better with every season. This episode in particular will always stuck in my mind and nestle deep in my heart. Truly beautiful in its writing and shaping of Adora and Catra, in its artistry and animation. Really brilliant animation; the delicate finger movements, each micro facial expression and physicality of accurate motion. I just cannot speak highly enough of the compelling production and story that is this show and all exemplified in this episode. The story between these two characters has to be one of the greatest on screen, there I said it.

The characters are interesting while still being complex. I loved all the characters. I hope they make a movie!
