A cucumber, a pickle and a penis sit at a bar...

Santa invites Candy to his South Pole villa for the weekend, to give her a chance to impress the Board of Directors, so she can improve her chances of being named Santa's Successor. Unfortunately for Candy, her rival for Successor, Junior (implicitly the son of Rudolph), crashes the trip. It's funny seeing Candy try to "bro up" to impress the all male Board.
