- A teenage boy bashes in a characters head with a film reel, very graphic and lengthy scene.
- A serial killer attacks, tortures and murders victims graphically. One man is shown getting his arm cut off with blood spraying everywhere.
- A woman's face is operated on to make her look like a pig. She is then chased before being beaten, shot and stabbed to death with graphic blood. This scene goes on for about two minutes and all we hear is her screaming and the noises of graphic violence. Afterwards her intestines are shown hanging out. Disgustingly graphic and upsetting.
- A teen girl's eyes are shown gouged out and her stomach ripped open. Very graphic.
- Several women are held captive by a mentally ill and sadistic psychopath. Several of the women are scalped or burned as well and crushed and thrown to their deaths. Very brutal and disturbing as well as realistic.
