In the middle of a rewatch and loved this episode so much I wanted to rate it. Usually the ratings are spot on in my opinion but I thought this should def be higher than an 8.2 so here I am lol

A very good episode. It should be a 9/10 (i gave it 10/10 to counter the 7 and 8 scores).
The reason it's only a 9 is because the beginning with Garrity kids is pretty frustrating to watch and has been overdone.
But the Tim Riggins video, JD overcoming his fears, Damarcus's parents arc, are all perfect. Then the last scene when Jason asks Lyla if she thinks he could make it in New York, and Lyla replies "you're leaving aren't you?", makes me cry like a little kid. Probably my favorite Lyla scene.
