Otis is billed at 330 lbs, but apparently too heavy to climb the ladders. Yet Braun Strowman, who won the MitB briefcase two years earlier, lists at 385 lbs and had no problem climbing the ladder(s).
It's been constantly said by both her and the announcers that Carmella is the only 2-time winner of the women's Money-in-the-Bank ladder match. The first one, held on the MitB PPV in 2017, was declared null and void due to James Ellsworth (who was acting as Carmella's sidekick at the time and, obviously, not a participant in the match itself) climbing the ladder, unhooking the briefcase, and dropping it down to Carmella. Therefore, the whole match was replayed on the fallout Smackdown, where Carmella won properly by actually scaling the ladder and unhooking the case herself.
The wrestlers were not fighting in liner floors of Titan Towers. They were just randomly fighting through out the building at various points out of floor sequence.
When Asuka ducks in the elevator in the lobby in the beginning she pushes the close door button on the elevator to make it close faster and it does. In the United States pushing the close door button does not make the elevator doors close any faster since the Americans With Disabilities Act, passed in 1990 and signed into law by President George Bush, mandates certain requirements for elevators were outlined, such as the installation of raised buttons, braille signs, and audible signals also mandate that an elevator door has to be open for a specific length of time to allow a person with a disability to get on an elevator. The legislation required that elevator doors remain open long enough for anyone who uses crutches, a cane or wheelchair to get on board. The only people that can make an elevator door open and close at will are firefighters and maintenance workers who have the proper keys or codes. The close door button is merely a dummy button with no function at all. Since elevators have a 25 year life span and the Act was signed into law in 1990, it is safe to assume that elevator in WWE Headquarters in 2020 either has no close door button or it is a dummy. The MitB matches were filmed ahead of time as if it was a movie and took over 16 hours to complete, so it is possible they made it look like Asuka got the elevator door closed faster or just in time to keep the other wrestlers from getting in with her.
When the women panic after Asuka takes the elevator they decide to run up the stairs. There were three other elevators just sitting there in the lobby they could've just taken. However, it often takes longer for other elevators to reach the floor, and probably faster for them to just run.
When Carmella hits a picture over Dana Brooke's head it is clearly specially made and with no backing like on a normal framed picture. It was just a paper.
When King Corbin threw Aleister Black off the roof if you look in the bottom left you can clearly see a stunt mattress in the corner.
Carmella is actually smiling before being power-bombed through one of the catering tables.
