Finally, the much-awaited CAT exam is around the corner. As Abhishek juggles between his work and studies, Pradhan Ji sees him as a potential groom for his daughter. Is he the right choice?

Pradhanji fixed his daughter's marriage to a guy from Malkopur whose family demanded 20 lakh rupees as dowry (as the guy is an engineer). The groom's family claims that he is earning rs 100,000 per month. When Pradhanji asked Abhishek about the situation he told him he won't take dowry from anyone even if he would get a good salary (which is very likely once he gets selected into IIMs) which impresses Pradhanji.

Deenbandhu (Sandeep Shikhar) & Sushma (Jyoti Dubey) are residents of the village and married to each other. They recently had a baby together and Deenbandhu has come to the panchayat office to fill the form for the birth certificate. They want to name their son Atmaram, which Vikas finds old fashioned. Vikas asks Abhishek to suggest a modern name. The name has to start with an "A". Abhishek suggests Aarav, which impresses Deenbandhu when he finds that this is the name of Akshay Kumar's son. Deenbandhu decides to talk to his wife about this option.

Brij Bhushan talks to Manju about Abhishek as a prospective match for Rinky. Manju is not convinced since he only earns rs 20000 pm. The entire matter rests on whether Abhishek can crack CAT or not. Meanwhile Sushma comes barging into Abhishek's office asking him why he convinced Deenbandhu to change their son's name. Her complaint is that it took her 10 days to think of a name she liked and has already told all her relatives about it. Abhishek is irritated and says that he was asked to suggest a modern name and that's all he did. He asks Sushma and Deenbandhu to return to their home and sort out their quarrel.

Brij Bhushan started testing Abhishek's ability whether he'll crack the CAT examination or not. He starts sending puzzles to Abhishek on his mobile to solve within 1 minute. Abhishek is aghast at these constant interruptions which do not allow him to concentrate on his studies. He ignores Brij Bhushan. So, Brij Bhushan shows up to the office at night and inquires about how Abhishek's prep is going on for his upcoming CAT exam. He asks Abhishek to solve random questions from his prep material in front of him. Brij Bhushan is assured when Abhishek manages to solve the question in time. Finally, Pradhanji decided to ask Abhishek about marriage by letting her daughter choose any finger between the two. Manju is still not convinced as she knows that Abhishek would study for 2 yrs even if he is selected and she doesn't want to keep RInky at home for that long. This is The same way the arguing couple decides their son's name. On Abhishek's suggestion, they keep 2 fingers in front of the baby, one for Atmaram and one for Aarav. The finger that the baby picks, will be its name. The baby picks Arav.

But, on the day of the examination Pradhanji and Vikas found that Abhishek's exam has not gone well. So he has no option to change his decision and approach the boy in Malkopur. Meanwhile the birth certificate comes and lists the baby's name as Awara, instead of Aarav. Sushma and Deenbandhu are pissed.
