Like some of the other reviews, I watched this for Meg Stalter. She's the best character on Hacks and Judd Apatow even tweeted about her. I hope they make a movie together. Would love to see one of her sketches from this show as a movie!

Why did I never hear of this until now??

I decided to watch this after seeing Alex English's hilarious Comedy Central set and this was even better! I have no idea how I never heard of this show before as I love most of the cast. I watched the first episode on Roku and ended up binging the entire series. I hope they make a season 2!

Ahead of Its Time

Like the original National Lampoon Radio Hour from the 70s, this Roku show was ahead of its time. With the pandemic, we saw just about every podcast transition into a video format. This show was originally adapted from a podcast well before the pandemic and did a better job than any other show I've seen. This cinematography is incredible and the shot selection as well as the use of sound effects is like nothing I've ever seen. I found this hidden on my Roku but I feel that if this was re-released now, it would be a homerun. This is the first thing I've seen National Lampoon do in years so hopefully they can keep rolling out content.

Almost as Good as Hacks

Discovered Megan Stalter and Hacks and thought she was hilarious so watched this. Not as good as Hacks but still very funny. Can't wait to see more Meg.

Better than the podcast

I watched this sketch show on Roku after being a big fan of the podcast. I liked the podcast but the TV show is so much better. They really got creative with how they filmed this. I hope it gets picked up for another season.
