Halloween is the perfect cover for the Boss Baby and his costumed field team to sneak into the belly of the beast. But Staci's got plans to stop them.

At Baby Corp, there is chaos and Hendershot warns Multi Multi task CEO baby about candy distribution and Staci claims to be watching one baby, the Boss Baby. Meanwhile, at the Templeton household, Teddy is telling a group of babies his plan to use trick or treating as an excuse to sneak into the bubbeezee headquarters. The doorbell rings and Ted Templeton Sr answers and a helmet wearing Scooter Buskie goes upstairs with Tim. Back at Baby Corp, Staci tells Jimbo that Teddy is planning something big, but questions what. As the adults are distracted, Dakota dressed as a "crooked cop" steals a card from a handbag and brings it to Teddy. Staci talks to the CEO and she approves Stacis mission, before getting fired by the board of directors, which she finds surprisingly relieving. Meanwhile, back at the Templeton house, Tim suggests taking the babies trick or treating this year with the help from Danny Petrosky who gets distracted by a squirrel Staci and Jimbo had released. Teddy then says it is what he would have done and it is revealed that Teddy had hired Marisol to take the babies trick or treating, much to Tim's anxiety about being around her. Meanwhile, Mega fat regular baby wants in on getting Tim together with his crush, Marisol and all the babies head off trick or treating. On the way, Teddy runs into Staci and the two start insulting each other, before Staci gets a call from Peg, telling Staci that a house is giving away too much candy and researches who's it is and reveals it is coming from the Templeton household, so Staci dresses up as an adult and three other babies in their suits and Staci compliments Ted Sr on his polo shirt as Jimbo steals all of the candy bowls and Peg claims to be nailing the CEO job and eats the candy herself and all the other babies stuff their faces and Staci goes to spy on Teddy. Tim and Marisol look at a map of all the best places to go for trick or treating, as Mega fat attempts to get Tim and Marisol together, but Tim is more interested in finding the candy. In the meantime, Teddy and the babies come across a bunch of Pre-Ks, but have to go through as Staci is coming towards them. Eventually, Teddy gets caught and Staci gets hit by a coin Danny was throwing and Staci answers her device, to find out that Chip has now become the CEO and he recommends sorting the baby situation out at the Templetons and Staci sends Peg and her field team back to Baby Corp, before finding out that Katja is now the CEO and agrees to Stacis mission. Meanwhile, Teddy and the babies have made it through the Pre-Ks and to the Bubbeezee entrance, before realizing that Staci switched the cards around during their earlier interaction. However, another baby opens the door, revealing that the card reader is just a precaution. Tim and Marisol are about to call it a night, when Marisol hears a romantic Bolero Xylophone, which is being played by Mega fat. Tim recommends going to another house as a distraction and Marisol agrees. Inside Bubbeezee, Teddy and the other babies crawl around, before Teddy notices Happy Sedengry going into his office and instantly realizes that Happy is the CEO. Teddy then explains that Happy is up to no good, before telling Scooter to calve him a key and Scooter does so, but Staci flies through the air and destroys the key, as it is made out of a biscuit and Staci explains to Teddy that she is trying to help him with his plan and that she actually knew his plan and says that she wouldn't want Baby Corp to go down along with the plan and starts calling the Templeton parents, using the Bubbeezee phone line and Teddy makes shover push him and he cuts the phone chord and Staci recognizes Shover as her rival, Brayden and the two start fighting as Scooter cuts another key and Teddy runs into Happys office. Tim and Marisol receive a radish and Marisol notices that Tim was lying to her and Mega fat tells Tim to tell Marisol the truth about how he feels about her and Tim rushes all his words and Marisol says it is all cool, before handing Tim a rainbow rope sucker, his favorite candy. In the office, Happy is happily whistling away, before Teddy talks, creeping Happy out and then reveals himself as a talking baby. Amazingly however, Happys brain doesn't snap and starts telling him about how he doesn't care whether they can talk or not as long as he makes money and tells Teddy that he will wake up back in his crib at home, as if none of this ever happened. Teddy starts to talk, before Happy snaps his fingers and Teddy wakes up in his crib.
