Come on TV people. Did anybody ever teach you that those things in the street with wheels and motors have people driving them. Sometimes those people are ever alert, sometimes they are having an unusual lapse, and sometimes they are jerks. Pedestrians can't walk backward into the street like they are entering the front door of their dorm room.
Sure, nail down the ideas of who was driving, drunk driving bad, leaving the scene, and we all hate diplomatic immunity assertions, look at those things. But please don't try to tell us that Taylor's friend was not being downright (w)reckless herself.

It's quite astonishing what some befuddled drivers will encounter when pedestrians don't look left and right before crossing the road. Anyway, diplomatic immunity is an underlying theme in this season 4 finale.
Ka-Ling Cheung plays housekeeper Paula Moyer. I wonder if Paula ended up losing her job after the damning testimony that pierced the diplomatic immunity.

Not getting the male friend to testify, but the maid is no problem. And then the maid points out the driver and all is accepted. The two girls could have switched seats after the accident because the original driver was to shaken to drive.
