Filmed during one of the coldest and snowiest winters in modern Illinois history, the cast of Bled White generally had to endure wind chills of 10 to 25 below zero and near-blizzard conditions during almost all of the two month shoot.
April 16 and 17, 2010: BLED WHITE is an official selection at the Geneva Film Festival.
November 27, 2009: Bled White was an official entry in the Tabloid Witch Horror Film Festival. It won three awards: Best Supporting Actress - Colleen Boag, Best Music Soundtrack - D.C. McAuliffe, and Honorable Mention - Jose Carlos Gomez (Director).

BLED WHITE was chosen to be screened at the ScareFest-Horror and Paranormal Convention in Lexington, KY. Scarefest bills itself as "One of the largest horror and paranormal conventions in the US."

BLED WHITE was an official entry in the Fear Fête Horror Film Festival in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It won "Best Zombie Feature Film."
