Actually there are three absolutely amazing things about this movie. Firstly, how the hell did anybody manage to raise $500,000.00 (estimated) to make this mess ? Secondly, how the hell did anybody manage to spend $500,000.00 (estimated) making this mess ? And thirdly, how the hell did this manage to get a two star rating ?
Obviously no movie would ever be so bad as to make your eyes actually bleed, this one did the next best thing, it makes you wish they would.

Nobody is even trying to act! Literally. They are not even trying. You can go to primary school watch them 9 year old kids try harder than this.
What you got here is not even a movie. It is insulting to movies to call this thing a movie. Instead, its like someone is pointing cheap camera at people who dressed up with less effort than children do at Halloween, then they seem to not know their lines at all, and they are being fed them, but they PAUSE every few seconds for their slow brains to process what they need to say, ... then they just plainly SAY the words, ZERO ACTING HERE.
And worst part is that they put no effort to even edit it. You got long, very, very, very long, scenes where you are watching extreme close-up of someones face, while they have blank expression on, trying to remember, or waiting to be fed their line. Look, this is just horrible, I cant think of single redeeming thing to say about it. What a waste of time.

Normally when a movie comes out that s based on some historical event, such as the Dalton Gang, I always judge it first by its historical accuracy. However I never made it far enough into the movie for that. Such terrible acting and dialog, even worse cinematology and directing led me to stop watching about 15 minutes in. In fact it was so bad I had to keep watching after 5 minutes just to see how truly bad this movie is. As one reviewer said. why on Earth was this movie ever released.?

You can actually see the ' actors ?' eyes move as they read their lines without even a hint of believability. Every now and again the actors will actually stare into the camera as if seeking reassurance . The attempted accents are cringe worthy and frequently change from line to line.
Sometimes bad or over acting can be entertaining from a laughable perspective .This movie couldnt raise a smile.

OMG... What an absolute waste of time... time wasted making it, time wasted watching it,
This is a terrible piece of work... in the opening minutes, you see a guy riding from left of screen to right on a horse... Has the camera man never heard of a thing called a polarizing lens? The color is so washed out.
Audio quality throughout is woeful. Camera work, woeful, acting ? OMG... you call that acting?? From time to time you can see the "actors" eyes move left to right as they speak clearly showing they are reading off a script. Can't even rehearse and learn their lines.
The costumes are nothing short of a joke. Take a look at the "slickers .... a.k.a. dust coats" you see snap fasteners of a design at close up that did not exist until the 1960's. And at all times, the "cowboys" clothes are pristinely clean, as if they just took them off the line or wearing for the first time after they bought them. You also see buttons on the shirts with 4 holes as opposed to just two, which did not exist until well into the 20th century.
Of the guns, all so very new in appearance. They miraculously give no recoil when fired.
There is a scene early in the movie of a guy viewing a train through binoculars that are clearly 20th century make/design, fitted with a late 20th century nylon lanyard. As that train steams along, you can see an electrical switch box which did not exist at the time of the movie setting.
You see a guy in a red shirt drinking from a bottle in a bar and is clearly drinking from a Grolsh brand beer bottle with the flip top lid that did not exist until 1897, and the liquid within is obviously not beer because it is way too pale... possibly just water..... Notwithstanding that Grolsh beer did not arrive in the USA until well into the 20th century.
The train with the number 486 is the famous Silverton tourist train and they did not even bother to try to mask the Silverton signage on it's side.
OMG... this movie (if you could call it a movie) has so many goofs. This piece of dribble is just bad bad bad...

What a waste of money. Very disappointing. I was looking forward to seeing the story as this was one I'm not too familiar with. I was able to hang for 10 minutes and couldn't take anymore. I've seen high school performances with better actors.

So if you're bored looking for something to watch just splash some paint on the wall and watch it dry. As the paint slowly drips you'll find it more inspiring than the acting, directing and cinematography in this movie.

0/10 - Camera work: Sometimes it was shaky and sometimes it was hard to look at. It was so washed out, I'm good on showers for two months.
0/10 - Scripting: I was very confused the entire time weather it was old or modern, or if it was in the US or not, you never know. The slang terms were not consistent. Hmmmmm what's another funny thing I could say...
0/10 - Acting: The accents were extremely inconsistent. Sometimes it sounded like it was in the deep, deep, deep, deep south, and then sometimes they would throw in a guy that sounded like he just got off the plain from Yorkshire to throw you off your rhythm. I also could not tell if they were ironic or not, but then I realized they were completely serious, and I giggled. These are the kind of actors that you can only find at your local College For Old People Who Want to Go Back to School to Get their Phd So That They Can Die Having A 401k. These are the kids in your class who would procrastinate until the last possible moment and panic write an entire essay with three cups of coffee, two lines of cocaine, and four Monster energy drinks in their system to power them through the utter nonsense of their paper that would maintain their D- average. They procrastinated their entire financial security.
0/10 - That one lady that is supposed to be Irish: With random peekaboos of an extremely offensive accent that sounds like the most culturally insensitive Leprechaun from Jersey, the rest of the time it was a south Atlantic accent. The end.
10/10 - That one robot lady (it was the same Irish lady but in different context): Flawless and utter convincing. The best Seri impression I have ever heard. However, it does create a plot hole and I am confused as to why no one noticed that she was a robot, and she was not burned at the stake for witchcraft because robots did not exist in this time period... I think. Again, I am not entirely sure what time period and location this movie is set in.
10/10 for the pew pew pew.

ITS SOOOO BAD. Like comically bad. I thought it was so kind of joke at first because it's just that bad. IDK how anyone could watch even 20 minutes of this sober. The acting is torturous. Where the hell did they find these people. How does a movie this bad even get released?

This movie has now displaced Plan 9 From Outer Space as the worst movie ever produced. Everything thing I was saying to myself as I sat through this debacle about how I've seen better elementary school productions and this has to be the worst acting I have ever seen in my life was described exactly the same in all of the other reviews I've read. I needed to know how much it cost to put this on film and they were actually able to raise $500k for this? But sometimes things are just so bad that they are actually good in their own peculiar way. I don't know about this one though.

I have seen better acting from a school play. Just WOW I am amazed that this even was published. I wanted to watch this and like the movie since I am from Coffeyville. I just can't. I would expect this movie to be somewhat historical accurate and have actors that genuinely can act. They are just lifeless reading off a script and the outfits to scenery, everything is OFF they did not pay attention to any detail. This COULD of been a great movie, but it's one of the WORST if not the #1 movie I have ever watched. I got about 6 or 7 mins and I had to fast forward a little bit and watch and see if it continued, it got worse. Please just save yourself some misery and forget even trying to watch this.

Good storyline but the acting has a lot to be desired ... Honestly, IT'S TERRIBLE... I may not even finish the other 3/4 if the movie... I'm gonna check out a few more movies about them just out of curiosity because I'm supposed to be related to them somewhere down the line; according to my Grandmother anyway...
