Idk what I watched but it was horrendous! Now I didn't expect something like Insidious or The Purge or something amazing like The Exorcist but something that made sense at least! I actually thought they put the wrong title on the movie! Apparently not! It was just really awful!!

45 minutes of close up footage of 2 idiots doing nothing followed by horror that makes Scooby Doo look like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. When something like this makes it to a streaming giant it means we have more streaming options then we need.

An hour of watching a lady apply makeup very poorly followed by horrible acting in what I suspect was supposed to be some horror? I've seen children write / produce better projects. I'm sad that I wasted my time on this. If the fake makeup tutorials had been better, I could have at least learned something... But nope. Just skip this one.

Everyone attached to this movie should be ashamed of themselves. Poorly done make up "tutorials" and some guy waving his hand in circles like he's in Karate Kid. It's not illegal to be on the dark web it's illegal to use the services that the dark web provides. Who do we report these people to for telling a false narrative in the plot description? I was expecting low quality Unfriended: Dark Web but we got less than nothing.

This film is not artistic or entertaining. It's a few poorly acted vlogs (the makeup tutorials are especially terrible, she needs to watch some makeup tutorials of her own) which run on for too long, and that's it. This isn't content you'd find on the dark web. I doubt the writer even knows what the darkweb is. Save yourself the trouble, unless you want to see how not to make a movie.

So I was browsing tubi tv and read the description and was up to a B horror movie. God dang waited for a while for something to happen coz usually these kind of movies have some payoff at the end..made me sleepy woke up and force my self to fast forward it to see if something but nada.

Honestly? I'm not even sure this qualifies as a movie. It's just brutal. Has absolutely no redeeming qualities to it.
I know, some of you may be thinking.
Usually when someone says a movie has "no redeeming qualities" it's because this movie has some nasty disgusting, revolting scenes in it?
And those of you that love that sort of stuff goes "I gotta watch it!!"
Yeah, no.
It has none of that stuff. It's one gigantic snooze fest containing just 2 (or maybe 3) silly characters (hard to tell as the movie went on) that you'll find absolutely no spiritual, emotional or physical bound with going through some stupid podcast like "thing" (I don't even know how to describe it).
There's the "good" no redeeming quality movies (I Spit on Your Grave, Braindead, Salo, A Serbian Film, etc.) and then there's the "bad" no redeeming quality movies. This is the latter.

I was searching through Amazon Prime and I ended stumbling upon this master craft.
I do not understand why this movie is getting the hate that it seems to be receiving.
I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, I honestly did not at any point know where the movie was headed.
The dark web is indeed a scary place and my nephew bricked his computer after he told me he went on dark web!
Do not go on dark web let this movie be the lesson that you might not heed....
I honestly was really scared at the end I did not expect such a twist... you guys need to check this out!
This is one of the movies of all time! Definitely rate...
if I had to be critical I think that they could probably change the color in the background of the makeup tutorial from purple to blue.
Blue is my favorite color so for me that would improve the atmosphere.

The worst movie i ever watched, and i watched a lot. Blatant lies in description, 40 minutes out of 70 is doing makeup. I have no idea how this 'movie' is even anywhere, i watched it on tubi, and i wish they just took this garbage down.

This movie is so bad its not even so bad its good. Its so bad it makes you wonder did these people owe a favor, are there nude photos of these people the director had as blackmail? This was so bad it made rubber seem like the greatest horror movie ever. The acting was bad the make up was worse and the idea that you are going to put something on your face you got from "the dark web" is so dumb its too dumb for a Rob Zombie movie dumb. Oh I know I just got this package from someone I don't know let me put on the face cream they placed in the box lmao.

Most of the film is Hannah (Jennifer Nangle) putting on make-up for her vlog. She is almost as annoying as Chauncey (Shawn C. Phillips) who managed to get on the dark web through an e-mail link. Which is not possible you need a special browser. He talks about the web.

The first 20 minutes is like watching a "beauty guru" YouTuber. Only those would be more entertaining.
What a colossal waste of time, resources & money dumped on this. The only horror was I lost 80 minutes I'll never get back.

Absolutely nothing redeeming about this film. I don't know who wrote the recap "A group of friends play online game with terrifying results" but they obviously didn't watch the film. Bad acting, no plot, no "game", no "terrifying results." Trust the reviewers and don't waste your time.

Serious Spoilers alert: although saying you spoiled this movie is like saying you spoiled a festering pile of flaming garbage.
Where do you even start with a review of this "film".
I use the word film in quotations because in my opinion this show lacks even a hint of an element that would classify it as a movie, and not in artsy or fun cheesy B Movie type way. Everyone who has their name attached to this should be embarrassed and ashamed of the final product,
The majority of the 80 minutes is spent watching the main character do makeup tutorials for her vlog. There is literally a 20 minute scene of her doing eye makeup, and not even doing a good job. These excruciatingly long scenes are peppered with a couple short 2 minute scenes of another actor saying he accessed the "Dark Web" and got hacked and trolled. Then we are back to the main character who has learned her brother died and is so upset she can barely get started doing an unboxing and review of more makeup, but don't worry she manages to make into another 15.minute scene about nothing.
Then, right in the middle of the movie there is a scene where a woman tries an experimental tampon, strangles her husband, and then gets attacked by some kind of mutant tampon monster. These actors do.not speak, it is not tied to the "dark web" or the makeup girl plot in any way, and is never brought up again. I am almost hesitant to even mention this part, because it might entice more B movie lovers like myself to watch this atrocious waste of time to see this two minute cheesy scene with zero gore. Don't do it, its not worth it.
Then we are back to the makeup girl who gets a mysterious package that takes 15 minutes to open. Finally at the end we see someone is in her house and she is killed (again with less gore than Sesame Street) but we are at least relieved that we won't have to see any more terrible acting and makeup displays.
The description is just plain false, the story is non existent, and the acting is brutal. They never explain why the brother killed himself, why she was killed, what happened to the goofy dark web victim? All of this took a backseat to the 20 minute eye make up scene. 80 minutes of slow build to nowhere.
After watching all the way through I was plagued with three thoughts for the rest of the day:
1. How did all of these people with their names in the credits approve this final cut? I would never want this attached to my name.
2. How in the world did they get this on Amazon Prime? This is content no one ever needs to see.
3. How can I get these 80 minutes of my life back? Certainly noy by taking another 10 to write a review, but hopefully it inspires others to spend their 80 minutes doing literally anything else.
If this review in any way makes you want to watch the film I get it and I apologize but please don't. I love bad movies that are so terrible they are great. Have you seen Ouija Shark? Genius. This movie is not so bad its good, its just bloody awful. 100% trash.
Honestly the only explanation I can come up with to justify the final product is that the main actress had full creative control. And that she is a completely insane egomaniac who put herself having 70 of the 80 minutes of screentime as top priority, and basic plot, character development, and everything else took a back seat.

I had no idea what I was jumping into when I started this movie. Me and my friend were on a binging streak for the worst rated (free) movies on amazon and this one has STUCK with me. Yes, it's a terrible movie. Yes, me and my friend had an absolute blast watching it. It was hilarious. I was crying from how funny it was. It was amazingly bad. Like I have never been more amused by a movie then this (I hate comedy films). I definitely recommend for people that are looking for a bad, schlocky horror film (that literally makes no sense) to watch with a couple friends.
I will always remember this movie and especially the ending.

Horrorible to watch. They could have zoomed through the makeup tutorial. No one wanted that. And I make internet videos and not even mine are that shaky plus any scars are like. Little kid haunted house. Not even and the acting was just so bad. I feel bad for anyone and everyone who sat through the whole thing, the script is bad. The acting is bad. The scares are bad. This isn't B rated. It gets a F.
She didn't even know what she was doing for the tutorial! Most who get mass lipstick and swatch do it on the arm. And she needed to have better makeup application. Just not well done. I don't even wear makeup often and it's better then that. His acting wasn't much better but. Why was the camera so shaky. Watch YouTubers and tik tokers how to videos. Or maybe contact them for tips if your gonna do a movie like this. And I love found footage. The premise was there. The execution could have gone way better.

What a failure. It's bad, not even good-bad like The Room, just bad. It certainly isn't art, I enjoy art. It's definitely not horror, I love horror, especially found footage.
The positive reviews must have been posted by the director and their mother, because nobody actually enjoyed watching that.
They clearly don't know what the dark web is or how to access it, let alone the actual dangers out there. It's not just a link in an email, normal browsers can't even access dark web info.

What was this write up. Nothing about this write up made any sense because the movie had nothing to do with it. Disappointed because i love movies like these. Absolutely horrible. Looks like a highschool project. Please dont waste an hour and twenty minutes of you time unless you want to fall asleep. No idea whos bright idea it was to write this write up but it has nothing to do about this movie. I was waiting for something to happen and then this girl killed her husband so poorly, the acting was absolutely horrendous and do not reccomed to watch. I am mad at wasting my time. I wish i could take the time i spent watching this movie, back.
