- The opening has a person trying to get out of a river as something is attacking him. The river trues blood red as the thing continues to attack him. A woman tries to get him out, but she falls into the river and its implied they both die. Blood completely fills the surrounding area.

- A octopus attacks a man. The man defends himself by cutting off one of the tentacles, which latched onto his face beforehand. The tentacle then very slowly rips out the man's eyeball, which kills him. The detached eyeball and tentacle are seen on the floor, with tons of blood.
- At the end, a octopus attacks a group of people. One of them is stranglehold, and the other one is thrown at the window. They both survive this.
