Nice scene
tantajazz12 July 2010
The storyline is a little complicated 3 times of same set used over and over in different perspectives. This seems to be used by many others films as well (maybe in Korean). The movies' very chill. They took a lot of time to advance the story. Not as exciting as the other films of the same storyline did. What i like most is that the movies is like a nice album contains a lot of beautiful scenery, pictures and memories. Main theme colors black and blue i think it's cool by the use of light and shadow. The actress's acting of two different moods is kinda touch its theme. I love it. Though the overall of this films is not good in every perspective. I still like to keep it as one my collection.

Very Slow
haana8621 April 2009
Warning: Spoilers
The movie is about a Boy named Shu who falls for a Girl named Minato who has a pen pal Night who happens to be her other personality.

Something bad had happened in her life and she expresses her feelings to her pen pal named "Night" who also takes over her body when Night feels that Minato needs protection and acts as the total opposite of sweet kind Minato.

The plot is shown three times showing the same sequence threw the "three" different characters perspectives.

Shu meets Minato at her job in a convenience store, they go on dates, she blacks out (her personality "Night" takes over)and she can not remember anything.

It is very slow paced, boring, repetitive and not much dialogue. Most of the interaction is between Minato, "Night" and Shu.

The whole movie could have been condensed into 30 min.

Not worth watching.

More Than I Expected

Warning: Spoilers
Well this movie is more than I expected because before I watched this movie, I went surfing the internet looking for reviews, and they were negative reviews about this film. When I watched it myself, I was surprised.

So to start off, the story line is very typical romance movie. Minato (Maki Horikita) loves a person called Shu (Takuya Ishida) but another person Night, doesn't want her to be with him.

Now in my point of view, this is very common and there are LOADS of movies like this one. But this movie thinks outside the box. The person causing trouble is not actually a person, but some sort of personality inside her. I think that this is very clever because it gives the story a twist and makes it interesting.

I think the acting was very good. Because Maki Horikita played 2 characters and both these personality's completely differ with each other. So she really did pull it off, from having to play a sweet, Innocent girl to a rather trouble making person.

Of course there are minor negatives like nearly half the movie was flashbacks but because I am a big fan of Naruto, I learned to be patient because as you know, Naruto has TONS of flashbacks. But if it wasn't for the flashbacks, I wouldn't have a deep understanding of why things happened in the movie.

I recommend this movie, It really is a good movie. 9/10 for me.
