For Gage, being at the bottom of the leaderboard is affecting his confidence; Sloane deals with devastation.

Adam loses focus while Rajan and Sloane struggle with the sport. Gage's frustration mounts as he desperately wants to make the podium for the first time.

Tristan continues his wild approach to new sports while Caiyla and Caitlyn are hesitant to strap on the skis one more time. Emotions run at an all-time high as Rajan struggles with being at the bottom of the Leaderboard and Gage's desperation to podium adds pressure but his empathy for his fellow competitors outshines his performance.

The athletes are eager, excited and enthusiastic to attempt the fastest sport on ice; except for Tristan who clashes with Caitlyn and thinks her sport is "stupid". Being at the bottom of the Leaderboard for the past few weeks is starting to weigh heavily on Ellyn and Rajan and they are determined to change things around this week. The athletes learn very quickly that Luge is harder than it looks - and dangerous. Tragedy strikes an athlete and a heartbreaking decision is made.

It's the sixth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Snowboarding is this week's sport and Tristan is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in only three days. It's a sad start to the week as the athletes had to say goodbye to Sloane after her luge injury but hitting the slopestyle park for some boxes, rails and jumps helps everyone move on. There is a huge gender divide as the boys are excelling beyond the girls. The training is intense and grueling and visits to the medic are piling up. Two big surprises await the athletes.

Ice Climbing is this week's sport and Sloane is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train her fellow athletes for the big climb in only three days. Her injury proves limiting and frustrating. The sport is extreme and so is the learning curve. The start of training makes Rajan face his number one fear and Adam gets flustered easily. A surprise is presented to the athletes prior to the competition but Caitlyn perseveres, Estella rebounds and Evan and Gage continue their rivalry from the ice to the podium.

Speed Skating is revealed as this week's sport and Adam is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to get his fellow athletes' competition ready in only three days. The athletes are beginning to feel that Evan can't be caught in the overall standings but perhaps Perdita's pep-talk will inspire the athletes to push themselves beyond their limits and what they thought possible. While Adam is unable to compete and loses interest in coaching, Gage needs to step-up this week if he wants any chance at the title of All-Round Champion.

It's the second last week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Curling is revealed as this week's sport and Rajan must "hurry hard" as the Sport Leader and get his fellow athletes competition ready in only three days. Admittedly, the athletes are clueless about the sport and realize quickly that it is harder than it looks. After learning to throw, sweep and balance on the ice, the athletes are put into a situation that they don't usually find themselves in - teams. Most are happy with the pairings except one team, who's had some rough moments together in the past. But before finding out who will compete for the gold medal, the teams must first play in a preliminary round. Will Tristan focus for his partner? Can Gage beat Evan one more time? Whose rocks will end up closest to the button and win it all?

It's the last week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Only one sport remains, and Estella is excited to see her fellow athletes soar in Ski Jumping. Evan is super excited to get to training while Ellyn and some others are a bit hesitant. Perdita gathers the group for the most astonishing announcement ever in All-Round Champion history. Estella is devastated and the athletes are alarmed, annoyed and anxious. The Arcathlon returns with a wallop but a surprise guest arrives to change the mood.

Still reeling from the shocking announcement that Ski Jumping was canceled, the athletes continue their quest for the title of All-Round Champion and in their way, besides each other, is the Arcathlon. Three of the six events are left - Fat Bike Race, Hockey Shoot-Out and Snow Shoe Archery and lots of points are still up for grabs. Adam continues his reign atop the overall Leaderboard, but Evan and Gage are within striking distance. The girls are determined to finish in the top three. The winner of All-Round Champion is crowned.
