Several women are suffocated to death (plastic bag over face, hands around neck). A man is shot in the neck and is very bloody. A girl is stabbed in the chest with a shovel. A man is shot in the head and blood flies on the wall A woman is bloody after being punched in the face. A man is run over by a car offscreen. We see his bloody body on the ground.
