Harry and Asta attend an alien convention.

Harry regrows his severed leg and goes to an alien experiencer convention with Asta to get an implant that can jumpstart his bomb. Meanwhile, Sheriff Mike finally arrests Sam's killer, and Lisa and David come one step closer to tracking down Harry.—Gislef

30 Years Ago - New York City

A pregnant woman and her husband Peter get on a bus. It starts up and the power goes out, and lights swirl outside. Peter goes up front to investigate, and discovers that the driver and all of the passengers are frozen. The woman's water breaks, and Peter can't get the doors open. His wife floats into the air... and then everything is back to normal. The woman discovers that she' no longer pregnant, and screams.

Now

Harry wakes up at the cabin, and finds Asta tending to him. She's given him morphine for the pain of having his leg cut off. She gives him his milk and he drinks an entire bottle. Asta pulls the blanket and discovers a gray alien tentacle has sprouted from Harry's severed leg. He explains that his leg is regenerating and eventually it will look like his human one.

The alien sees his device on the mantle, and abruptly tells Asta that she can and gets to his feet. Asta points out that she stayed up all night to tend to him, and that's what humans do. She picks up the device, and Harry tells her to be careful with it and not press the black button. Harry claims that I's still a radio, and she makes him say "thank you" in return for not pressing the black button. Asta gives him the device and tells him not to move, and then leaves for work. Once Asta is gone, Harry checks the device and taps it, and discovers that it's not working.

At the clinic, Asta gets a text from D'Arcy but ignores it. D'Arcy comes in and asks Asta why she's ignoring her calls, and Asta hugs her. She claims that she's been busy, and D'Arcy point out that when she came back out after driving to the clinic, Harry and Asta were gone. Asta claims that Harry needed a MRI so she took him to the Braddock hospital. D'Arcy knows that she's lying, and tells Asta that she has a tell but won't tell what it is.

Ellen comes in and tells Asta that the Braddock hospital has no record of the MRI. Asta says that she'll check on it, and D'Arcy stares at her. Once Ellen leaves, D'Arcy tells Asta that she has her eye on her and leaves.

In his workshop, Harry examines the device and confirms that the power supply was damaged in the fall. He knows that some aliens plant tiny transmitters in humans, and figures that if he can find one of those then he can reverse-engineer it to reboot his device. Max comes by and Harry lets him in. The boy asks if Harry found his "radio", and asks if he can help fix it. Harry tells him to leave, and Max says that at least he's okay. The alien says that he would have died if Asta hadn't been there, but now she also knows that he's an alien.

Max is offended someone else know "their" secret, and Harry points out that Max told Sahar, who is lurking outside. The boy says that Sahar must have followed him, and Max lets her in. She says that she doesn't want to be let out after keeping Max from going to Georgia, and asks why Harry covered the device with a cloth. Max explains that it's broken, and Sahar realizes that the government took Harry's spaceship. She suggests that it's the Men in Black took it, and Harry says that he's not worried because once he fixes his "radio" the agency won't be a problem.

Harry asks if they know someone who was abducted. Max says that he know somewhere that he can go to find aliens.

Later, Harry goes to his truck. Asta arrives and asks where he's going, and realizes that his leg grew back. He says that he took more morphine and figures that he will be fine, and can't figure out where the truck next to him is. They drive to an alien-abductee convention in New Mexico, and the duo go inside.

Asta says that she feels special, and Harry tells her that she's common. They go into a hall and Harry likes the credit that one man give aliens for teaching them engineering in the far past. They look around further and Harry provides running commentary to Asta about how real or not everything they hear about is.

In Patience, Mike finds Liv and his father Lewis at the diner together. Liv asks Mike if he has anything to say to her, and he asks if she has anything to save to him. She tells Mike to have a good day and leaves, and Mike figures that Liv was trash-talking him. Liv says that she was talking to Lewis, says that she'll see him on Thursday, and leaves.

Mike sits down with his father, who says that Mike's relationship with Liv is like what he had with his mother before she died. Lewis explains that his wife never let him off the hook when he screwed up, tells Mike to think about that, and leaves on his own. Mike goes back to his office and looks at Liv's murderboard, then takes it to his office and remembers Liv working out that Sam was poisoned via his insulin. Mike remembers that he saw Abigail with Hoffman.

Mike goes to the beauty salon where Abigail works, and notices that she does botox injections. He finds Abigail and points out the botox to her, and tells her that she's under arrest for the murder of her husband. Mike says that he went through her phone records and found that she made repeated calls to Hoffman. Abigail says that they were casually seeing Hoffman, and he tells her that they started before Sam dies. Mike figures that Abigail and Hoffman were having an affair before Sam died, which gives her motive for wanting to kill her husband. She had access to high levels of botulism from the botox, and she put it into Sam's insulin so eventually he would inject himself with it and die. Satisfied, Mike handcuffs Abigail and takes her to jail.

At the convention, Harry and Asta go to a presentation by Peter Bach, the "Alien Tracker". He says that he had his own encounter with aliens, and it was terrifying. Bach says that there are aliens among them, and his mission is to find, trap, and use a taser on them. Harry looks nervous, but assures Asta that he's fine. Meanwhile, Bach invites any abductees to come up and share their experiences.

People come up and describe how they were abducted, much to Harry's amusements. Asta goes up and talks about how she saw an alien when she left her ex-husband. She saw a "fire in the sky" from a UFO, and it gave her the strength to move on. Months later, she met the piloting the ship, felt safe with him, and insists that some of the aliens are there to do good. Harry disagrees to himself.

In Patience, Ben meets with Mike when he finds out that Mike has arrested Abigail. The mayor congratulates Mike, and points out that he's still trying to justify all of the money that Mike spent dredging the lake.

Jay goes to the bar and D'Arcy offers her a "juice in an opaque mug". Jay wants to interview D'Arcy for her school paper, about the rescue. D'Arcy agrees, and Jay asks her about if her breaking her leg at the Olympics. Jay says that she's establishing background, and perks up when D'Arcy says that she fell down a crevasse. She only thought D'Arcy was stuck on the mountain, and D'Arcy says that she climbed out because Asta could have died of hypothermia. Jay takes the "juice" when she learned that Asta could have died, and Judy comes in, crying at the thought that D'Arcy could have died. She also figures that D'Arcy should buy her a drink because she's so upset.

At the convention, abductees continue talking about their experiences. Harr perks up when one abductee says that her abductors put an implant in her arm. He figures that the implant is what he needs to reboot his device.

ben returns home and finds Kate making fish, even though it's Taco Night. She tells him to relax and get out of his comfort zone, and says that she invited a friend over. It's Lisa and Dave, posing as a married couple.

The female abductee sits down near Harry. When the panel ends, Harry follows her. Bach has the gene that lets him see Harry in his alien form, and sees the real Harry leaving the hall... and goes after him.

Harry follows the abductee through the convention to a photo booth where she can take fake Alien autopsy pictures. He tells her that he's going to cut the implant out of her arm and grabs a scalpel, and she says that it's a BB that got lodged in her arm when she was a kid. She admits that she lied and knees him in the groin, then runs out.

Asta comes in and tells Harry to tell her the truth. He says that when the Grays abducts a human, they leave a transmitted in the victim's body and she needs to find one. They go out, and Asta is furious that they're there but Harry insists that he needs the metal.

Bah comes up and Harry realizes that "Alien Tracker" can see him just like Max has, and Asta suggests they leave.

Kate, Ben, Lisa, and David have dinner, and Lisa is sorry that Max isn't there so they could meet him. Ben speaks for the first time, complaining about fish bones, and Kate takes him out to the kitchen and tells Ben to be more sociable because she wants Lisa and David as friends. She also suggests that Ben talk about something other than his candle-making skills.

Meanwhile, Lisa tells David to engage the couple while she does a recon mission. When Kate comes back with pie, Lisa asks to use the restroom while David tries to talk to Ben about candles.

Bach follows Harry and Asta through the convention. Harry is distracted by a book, while Harry sees the female abductee complaining to the security guards. He slips into a green room, and tells the guest speaker there, Giorgio A. Tsoukalos, that the Alien Tracker is chasing him and thinks Harry is an alien. The speaker says that he'd be glad to help Harry, and Harry recognizes him from his speech about ancient monuments and helps himself to one of the man's drinks.

Lisa slips into Max's room and finds his drawings of Harry. She searches the room and finds the metal that Harry gave Max to identify the green glow. Kate finds Lisa in her son's room and Lisa hides the metal in her skirt. Lisa claims that she looked around to admire the decoration style, and then says that she just wanted to see Max's room because she can't have kids... and claims that David has low motility. Kate offers to let Lisa babysit Max whenever she wants.

Tsoukalos goes on about alien architecture in ancient civilizations, while Harry eats the fruit in the drinks. Harry finally tells him that he should be on television, and leaves because he's out of "fruit flowers".

Ben shows David his candle-making workshop, and David pretends to be eager to see David show him how to make a candle. Ben talks about Abigail's murder, and is disappointed he wasn't there for her arrest.

At the 590, Judy and D'Arcy play pool. D'Arcy says that everyone is talking about how she's a big hero, except Harry and Asta who are ignoring her. Judy insists that the two of them are close, and D'Arcy points out that Judy slept with her boyfriend in high school. D'Arcy worries that she hasn't been able to reach Asta via text, and Judy cheerfully describes that Asta could be in a ditch somewhere.

Liv comes up for karaoke and sings "Wind Beneath My Wings", and Mike comes in and waves to Liv. She sings about being in someone's shadow, and Mike joins her and sings a duet assuring her that she was the one with all the strength. Judy wonders what's going on, and Mike sings that Liv is his hero. Mike drops to one knee, and everyone applauds as Mike offers Liv her deputy badge back.

At the convention, Bach runs after Harry. Harry backs back, grabs Bach when he comes in a closet after him, grabs him by neck, and realizes that he has an implant. Bach asks where his baby is from the bus, and Harry says that the Grays took it. He asks Harry not to take out the implant because he hopes the Grays will come back and Bach can find his son, and Harry tells him that the Grays aren't coming back for Bach because they got what they wanted.

Liv goes to the bar to get some drink, and a convention-goer suggests that the alien she met could be the Christopher Columbus of the sky.

Max goes to his room, and discovers from his computer cam that Lisa searched his room and took the metal.

Harry finds Asta and tells her that he got what he needed, and didn't hurt Bach. Thinking to himself, Harry figures that there are no monsters, and beings just do what they need to so they can survive.

D'Arcy drives to the cabin and pounds on the door, asking if Asta if there. When she gets no answer, she breaks into the basement, finds the locked freezer, breaks it open, and finds the real Harry's body inside.
