- While the settings are dark and shadowed, a severed head, post-explosion, can be clearly seen; a man is slowly tortured and disemboweled, with his intestines pulled and hung out beside him. In brighter settings, these moments would only just be far more horrific for some expecting a clearer divide between Moderate and Severe level violence.
- A character is suffocated into unconsciousness with a plastic bag. When he awakens, he is bound and gagged so tight that he vomits through the gag in an unsettling duration.
- The protagonist falls from a high height from a cliff with a grisly impact upon a boulder below. Though he survives.
- A character has his stomach cut open and his intestines pulled out, then his intestine is pinned to the wall above him. Torture scene is several minutes long and the intestines are visible through the entire scene. Dim lighting and angles make this slightly less graphic but it's still extremely brutal.
- A man is executed via gunshot to the head, there is blood spatter and small chunks of brain matter sprayed onto a staircase, a zoom out later shows the same man with a blood pool under his head.
- A man is shot in the head, blood and a piece of brain is splattered onto a nearby woman, impact is not shown but blood is seen spraying onto a wall and woman, later show with gorey wound in head and blood under it.

- Heaps of shootings, into the head and bloody scenes. Explosions down with aftermath and damage to body, might have been a detached head early in episode 1.
- In episode 4 a man is disemboweled and tortured, the scene is extremely graphic audibly and visually and may be hard to watch.
- A woman and child are found dead. Pools of blood can be seen at the woman's feet. Blood can be seen on the woman's clothes. The child's body is more obscured in the scene than the woman's. This scene may be disturbing for some.
- The protagonist threatens to murder a man's family if he doesen't kill his superior via a suicide bombing though the explosion is shown from a distance.
- A scene where a character is disemboweled onscreen. Very graphic, lasts about 2 minutes.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- A drug made to counteract the effects of PTSD is a main plot point, no on screen drug use but implied.
