Very loud and average with only some good comedy

Its definitely not 10/10 neither 2/10. Its a 5 number movie.

Its a very average movie just like COJ2.

Songs amd locations are nice. Movie started well but then became routine stuff. One horror scene/ section had pathetic actings and dialogues.

On the other hand, some reviewers were saying that its same likenold then i donot agree as they used new writing in the movie.

It could have been made into a very good movie but smeep kang is a very average director. His first installment was copied thorougly from a gujarati movie, unless u all dont know about it. Since then he has nothing new for punjabi audience.

Actors acted well but when the script and dialogues are weak, you can't much.

I seriously need two hours and 20 minutes of my life back. I couldn't have been more disappointed, sad, and angry at the same time. The humour is so bad that throughout the movie, not once did I crack; all the time, it felt like humour was forced. The story is also somewhat the same; only the location and some actors have been replaced by new ones. There were 15 people in the whole theatre to see the show, but that didn't surprise me at all after going through this torture. 2 cans of beer are equivalent to the price I had to pay to see this movie, and after watching it, I wonder how many cans it's going to take me to come out of this state of mind. And one more thing Shinda Grewal deserved more scenes in the movie since he was the only watchable thing in the movie tbh.

What is this movie - COJ 3 Totally double meaning comedy. You can't watch it with family wife or sister. You don't belong to such community. Kindly maintain dignity of your society.

Comedy movies should be comedy but not vulgar comedy.

Some dialogues are like - she is your going to be daughter in law but she is little bit pregnant by her current husband. What is this story line !

Its request Gippy grewal you have money and now name in Punjabi industry but stop making such flop stupid stories.

Don't lower your standard to such cheap extent.

This movie proves that the directors and writers are grown up physically & they totally apply their brains during its making. This "greatness" is filled with far-deviated comedy timings, first class dialogues and pointed stories.

The movie starts with the title song, followed by some laughters during first few scenes. And after that, it keeps getting better and laughters turns into tears of fun.

I just have humble requests to film makers to continue making such films. Also, another request for audience, please watch this movie and save your spend your money.

Flopped n Over rated

Geppy disappointed by this movie.

All the actors have done their job well but the script was lacking so much that the whole movie became a torture to endure. So much so that we had to leave the theatre half way. Carry on Jatta 1 is one of my favorite films and I have seen almost all globally acclaimed movies till date, being a cinephile, that's a big accomplishment for a Punjabi movie but this 3rd movie in the franchisee fails miserably. The actors are underutilized, the script is lacking, the dialogues are tone deaf and cringey. They just wanted to elicit cheap laughter. In the era of political correctness jokes on serious matters such as r@pe and self harm will not land well. I cringed very hard at certain dialogues and points in the movie. They have tried to recreate the confusion and ensuing hilarity shown in the first part but I don't think they've succeeded. The editing is also weird, songs are forced and do not have any rhyme or rythm and become difficult to endure. Overall it was a tough watch and I would not recommend to watch this. I would. Copied.

Absolutely keeping the heat going on

Loved the characters and their energy, all of them were super charged and they did quite the exciting job, I loved Nasir Chinnioti and Binnu Dhillon, they were excellent and did excitingly great piece of work, People might have been disappointed of same story line but just a different plot, but i would say if you know you are going to watch carry on jatta series then expect around the same story But appreciate the energy from all the characters, they have spend a lot and came across so much to promote the industry, so people should support and encourage the characters and their interest in the industry, I absolutely loved it .

Sad Culmination to the beloved Franchisee

This is a disaster movie, cashing on the popularity of first part and summer holidays.

It should be a flop as soon as holidays are over, as it has nothing to attract audience, no story, only high pitched meaningless dialogues.

Difficult to watch while even on OTT, leave aside costly screens.

Only good is the foreign locations where movie is shot. Only 2-3 one liners which are worth a smile.

Forced comedy and lackluster performance

Carry on Jatta 3 is an entertaining joyride. It's a wholesome colourful pollywood romcom after so long, that we were craving for which has that old school family drama elements. It worked for me at many levels. It's really funny & emotional parts hit right spots as well. The actors have such electrifying chemistry. The hero is tailor made for romcoms, he was so smooth throughout. Sonam entry with the song was complete mass. The mothered hard here, special mention to her slaps. People were really enjoying Carry on Jatta 3 with laughs echoing at regular intervals. Plus it has good emotional depth as well. Last 30 minutes esp climax was so awesome. Songs were a total vibe, every song is a banger. Overall COJ3 absolutely manages to balance humour, drama & emotions seamlessly & delivers in vintage (yet fresh) Pollywood style.

Disastrous and disappointing Movie

Acting, Direction and Storyline is below the average. Totally waste of money and time. Scenes were copied from the Bollywood movies. It is the worst movie of 2023. Same storyline was seen in part 3 as well. The story line is so narrow and it feels like the movie has a possible predicting ending. Movies can be badly made, but this one is misogynistic and objectifies women in the worst way possible. Carry on Jatta 1 is much better than Carry on Jatta 3. Not expected this like after they huge promotion for this movie. In the starting it's too much boring and but the comic timing is okay. I'll not recommend to watch with family or kids.

Such a nonsense and one of the worst movies i have ever watched. Carry On Jatta 1 was the best of this trilogy. They are still using it name to make such crap movies. So many people have wasted their money and time on watching this movie. Highly avoidable. If you really want to watch some good and funny movies then watch movies like, Godday Godday Chaa, Goreyan Nu Dafa Karo, etc. 100 times better than this one. Punjabi cinema has some real gems in the comedy genre too but this is certainly not one of those. Please avoid and it isn't even meant to be watched on OTT too.

I still believe that i went to watch this movie even when i was sure that this will be bad.

Movie is really good, nice comedy so should go watch it .It's full of entertaining don't go on imbd review i think they can't have that kind of sense of humour which people like it & our punjabi industry is growing up so you should appreciate better than bollywood. Nothing old jokes or any crap it's pure comedy from my side it's worth watch. Every character in this movie is appreciable likewise Gippy grewal, binnu, ghuggi means each one did a great job & i think one of the best movie . So please go & watch & & you guys come with a big smile .So I will give this movie rating 10/10 full marks to this movie.

This movie is forced comedy, few comedy dialogue are objectionable. Shear waste of time. Story is so week and Punjabi movies are losing their charm these days, they repeat same story and same silly dialogues.

We expect some new theme for punjabi movies rather than frustrating comedy.

Gippy garewaal has his production house, he shoud move on from comedy to some other type movies, i expect good movies from him, but he is wasting such a good platform.

Well in the end, you are not going to like this movie, Carry on jatta 1 was good although it also had copied dialogues from Chak de Fatte.

Carry on jatta 1 was much better..from this stupid movie. Gippy Grewal overacting ruin the movie for me senseless movie .only time waste money waste .. jaswinder bhala performance was good also karmjit was also good bhinu dhillon was not used properly. Kang was the worst director overall movie is 3/10......i don't know how people were saying positive about it.

Really awesome love story

Really awesome love story Essential romantic comedy. Modern comedy that also happens to have a serious message. Much more stunning than usual is how Shraddha appears here. Gippy Grewal, from films like "Desi Rockstar 2 " "The Main Man " and "Limited Edition" comes to mind when watching this film. Gippy's wit, charisma, style, and mannerisms in a romantic encounter are all top-notch. Music is really amazing and entrancing. The movie theater experience is considerably more exciting. The appearances of Gippy Grewal and Sonam are used well. The real Gupreet Gugi gets exposed. Smart and humorous. To sum up, it's a good time for the whole family. This is an absolute must-see with the kids, and after seeing you'll understand why.

It wasn't a family content.. It's rubbish.. They should have listed that it's not to watch with families.. Expected more respectful and sensible humour.. How could someone call their wife as their friends wife.. It's all rubbish.. Having a kid in the movie does not mean it's suitable for families with kids.

Good on the team for trying to make it a good movie but sadly it didn't work out In future they should take viewers feedback on consideration and make a better movie than this..also don't wana have carry on jatta 4..haha How many time can we waste time and money.. Spend your money wisely..lol.

Totally disappointed with the script. Na sir na per type of movie.

Forceful comedy with lots of adult dialogs, ashamed while watching the family.

Although movie has most of the best actors from punjabi industry, but they should definitely read the script before commencing to act. Not expected such movie from Gippy, Binnu Dhillion and Sonam Bajwa.

Carry on jatta 1 had really good dialogs and comedy scene, however this part lacks all or just the selection of script was inappropriate.

Actor trying to marry actresses, and the story line to achieve it by showing affair with married women whose husband (friend of actor) is totally fine with this is totally not funny at all.

Gippy degrading Punjabi cinema just like his singing skills

Ok I saw it on chaupal I had read enough reviews to know that it was a slap stick comedy with caricature character and typical non sensical dailogue which naresh kathuria might be proud of coz that's all he can write . But none the less kuddos to Gippy grewal who served this piece of crap in golden foil like an expensive steak of salt bae. And many unsuspecting families went to see it just due to the hype. I am sure many were embarassed but that dosent stop Gippy having his happy way to bank with 100 crore gross tag.

No doubt like his lack lustre singing he has proved that audience can be fooled. All the best to Gippy but in a world where people go to watch neetu shattaran wala aur bau bau it ain't suprising.

This is a complete disaster. How can someone make such imbecilic nonsense. Theres no acting, directing, plot.

It's super cheap slapstick comedy. Not sure how it has 7.2 rating. It deserves -10 rating. All these actors should be banned from acting. Sameep Kang needs to stop direction. Jaswinder Bhalla and Gughi Bai need to retire respectfully. Karmjit Anmol is no longer anmol.

What was Sonam Bajwas role? She was just dancing on stupid songs.

Please guys, people go watch movies sparing time and spending their hard earned money. Please make movies better than kindergarten students making their videos.

Don't waste your time watching this movie. No story, no plot, characters development. Zabardasti ki comedy, unnecessary double meaning jokes again and again. No family friendly movie. Carry on jatta was epic movie, second installment was also on to the mark. But this is one of disappointing movie i ever watched in my entire life. Seriously, what happened to Panjabi movie script writers. Do they lost faith in themselves or producers are not paying them single penny. Please, don't recommend this movie to someone else. I had very high hopes from this movie, but that all lost in vain. Thank you very much.

Loved the work of Gippy & Sonam, they have potrayed their rioles in such a unique way that its just making it awesome. Can't get over the scenes!!
