- A man is stabbed repeatedly in the chest. Another man is beaten by a cane repeatedly. There are blood splatter shots shown in these two scenes.
- Fighting which involve implements such as iron bars, wooden beams and pipes are used to cause injury. There are at least three occasions where individuals are strangled by wire/rope. Knife wounds and stabbings shown.

- A boy explains to a girl about the death of his mother (none-spoiler) in that Iraqi terrorists sought revenge on his father's military background and went to her house whilst she was alone and murdered her in cold blood. He is in tears telling the story.
