A train crash kills many people, although not shown in detail. Characters are shot, sometimes in cold blood when already injured. One person has their neck snapped, and is kicked several times. Two characters are punched in the face; one has a black eye, one a bloody and swollen nose. Some blood is seen from gunshot wounds or punches to the face. A character has three fingers broken.
