- A family (from the parents to the baby) is shown dead in a car. No blood.
- A kid seems to be dead during a portion of the film, and he has blood/bruises on his face.
- Almost every character takes a pill that kills them. Not graphic or bloody, but rather bleak.
- A woman vomits the pill since she's drunk and her girlfriend/wife stabs her with a knife so they can die together.

- Pills designed to kill people peacefully are mentioned countless of times and are also taken by almost every character.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene where Art runs away and finds a dead family in a car can be upsetting and a bit disturbing.
- The ending can be emotionally intense and a bit disturbing.
- Art gets exposed to the gas when he runs away. When he is brought back and left alone for a short time he starts convulsing which can be intense and upsetting.
