- When Moka is turning into her vampire form, a quick flash of her bare breasts can be seen (no nipples are shown).
- Several panty shots each episode.
- In S2E4, Moka and Yukari are seen taking a bath together. Their areolas are visible the entire time (somewhat covered by the water), but later frames show actual nipples. The scene ends with Yukari tackling Moka and rubbing her face against Moka's breasts (areolas and ripples are not visible in these frames).
- Beginning of S1E10: A girl is fully naked; the camera starts at her feet then pans upward. Her lower region is shown, but no additional detail is present. However, once the camera shows her bare breasts, areolas are visible (no nipples are shown despite this).
- Season 2 has significantly more fan-service, with almost every shot having someone's panties exposed or jiggling breasts. Additionally, there is more nudity, with the ending theme showing Moka's inner personality wearing nothing but a black cloak, revealing significant cleavage and her lower region fully exposed (no explicit detail is present, however) for the entire duration of the ending credits.
- There are many innuendos and discussions about girl's panties, "tits," etc.
- Characters, both male and female, grab clothed breasts and squeeze them many times.
- One character rubs her clothed breasts on a boy's chest almost every episode.
- A teacher gives students long dominatrix-themed "study sessions" where she pumps them full of knowledge. These scenes have extremely sexual overtones.
- Multiple characters are very attracted to the main character, creating situations where they throw themselves on him and make sexual suggestions. This is done humorously, and never really goes anywhere.
- This all involves teenage high school girls age 16-17, and one of who is 11 or 12 years old. She is openly bisexual, very touchy-feely, and interested in sex. This is played off as relatively normal behavior.
Violence & Gore

- This anime is nowhere near as violent as other animes like Future Diary, High School of the Dead, or Deadman Wonderland.
- Every episode has at least one battle. The fights range from comical to mildly serious. There are sometimes bloody noses etc. as a result of fighting.
Profanity

- The words shit fuck or even Goddamn might be used in the subtitles if watching the subbed version.
- Shit is said occasionally but it's rare and unlikely.
- Mizore frequently insults Kurumu when her breasts are mentioned, with names like "balloon-boobed bitch". She is generally the one who curses the most.
- Infrequent moderate profanity is used, including shit, bitch, bastard, etc.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- In a few episodes the bus driver is seen smoking a cigar.
- In episode 22 Ms Nekonome is shown drinking a beer.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- An 11-year-old girl touches another girl's breasts. The camera also sometimes shows her panties. Generally played for laughs, but might make some viewers uncomfortable.
- Relatively little, the show is a harem, and therefore somewhat lighthearted.
