Neena is a French teacher and single parent to Nikitha, who is obsessed with the concept of arranged marriage. Their lives change when a retired army man and another young man come to stay at their apartment.

Neena is a French teacher and single parent to Nikitha (Nikki), who works at a bank and is obsessed with the concept of arranged marriage. Their lives change when a retired army man, Major Unnikrishnan, and another young man, fondly named Fraud, come to stay at the apartment. The lives of these four people, their pasts and their emotions, all crash into one another under the same roof.

The story of a mother and daughter settled in Chennai. The daughter is obsessed with the concept of arranged marriage, partly because of her mother's failed marriage. Their life changes once a retired ex-serviceman and a young man shift to the same premises.

A divorced woman trying to get hired as a French tutor and classical dance teacher has a daughter. Her brother Manuel also resides in a flat in Chennai. Their next-door neighbors are Unnikrishnan, a retired Major who has a pet dog, Prabhakaran, and Bibeesh, who lives with a serial-actress aunt (not related by blood) and his young schoolboy brother. The story revolves around the divorced mother and daughter finding happiness of love in their own ways. The film explores commonality of romantic love in different stages of life.
